Clay's POV

"I was thinking we could go to the fayre or something" Nick said as he walked into the living room. Me and George were sat on the floor, watching Tommy's stream and laughing at his stupidly childish jokes. The blonde kid kept complaining at our presence, screaming random swears every time we wrote in chat. ("DREAM YOU STUPID SON OF A BITCH, I HATE YOU, I HATE YOU YOU ASSHOLE SHITHEAD" and then he'd burst out laughing) It's an unnecessarily amusing activity.

"Sure" I replied to Nick without thinking, but there was a little noise of exasperation from my left. George was looking up at me, a slightly uncomfortable expression on his face. I cocked my head but thought he'd probably rather talk in private.

"Well go and get ready then, let's leave in an hour" Sapnap stated, heading upstairs. I nodded in response, taking George's hand and tugging him gently to my room. He still looked quite uncomfortable and I could tell, but when I asked him what was wrong he just 'smiled' and glanced at the floor.

"Oh, nothing, don't worry. Nick's right, let's get ready." I tried to hold on to his hand but he pulled away, not making proper eye contact and taking a couple of steps back.

"Ok...just let me know if you need anything alright?" George nods, and I decide it's probably best to leave him alone for a bit. I didn't want to end up in another argument. Once he left I changed from a black hoodie and joggers to a grey t-shirt and jeans. Simple, but comfy and effective. Also boring, but no one's gonna judge me for being ordinary.

A knock came from my door and George walked back in slowly, slightly sheepishly.

"You ok?" He looked up at my voice, blushing slightly and smiling.

"Yeah um...I was wondering if I could borrow one of your hoodies, they're more comfy than mine."  He blushed a deeper shade and I chuckled at how nervous he was being.

"I mean there's this one I just took off, my others are in the wash or dirty. Is that ok?" I told him, holding up the jumper I had literally just removed. His face lit up as he took it, and I felt myself smile at how happy he seemed.

"Thank you! Oh uh..sorry for being weird, I just..don't like heights too much. The idea of falling doesn't necessarily scare me, it's just the fact that at some point....I'm gonna have to hit the ground." Interesting statement. Makes sense though.

"Oh, that's fine. I'm not a big fan of them either, we'll stay on the ground while the other two fuck around." This was true, when I was little my parents used to take me to theme parks and stuff. But they ruined all the memories.

"Are you sure? I don't wanna ruin your experience, we could just go on a couple."

"Well, if you need me to I'll hold your hand the whole time" I joked and grinned at him.

"Oh of course. Maybe we could just stay in here while the other two leave. You could show me I don't have to be afraid of rides" He replied with so much confidence, winking at me.

"Wait WHATTT?!!?!?!?!?"

(you know the kind of what, Dream's what, you know the what he does, you know it, I hope you do, say if you do, the what, you know, his what)

And then we both burst out laughing, my hand covering my mouth in surprise and awe. This sudden remark was quite unlike George, though I was glad he seemed to be getting more comfortable around me. It was cute. Hmm..

I stood up as he turned to the door, grabbed his waist and pulled him against my chest. He was confused for a second, but then smiled up at me almost innocently. Those honey-brown eyes glistened in the soft light, and his cheeks were light pink. Angelic. We had done this a few times now, but my stomach still felt like a storm as his soft lips crashed with mine and his arms wrapped around my shoulders to pull himself up onto his tiptoes. His lips quivered against mine, making me smirk into the kiss and hold him tighter. I still held him firmly by the waist, giving him support and keeping him comfortable as we made out. After a minute he gasped for air, and I took the opportunity to slip my tongue into his mouth "Mmph!" he certainly didn't expect it; I felt his face grow warm against mine as I explored, brushing against his teeth and bottom lip. George shuddered in my arms, unable to hold himself up anymore and falling back flat on his feet. I let him breath, gently letting go and turning away to put on socks and shoes. After a while the man in front of me stood up straight, looking like he just went through heaven. I realised we were meant to be somewhere and blushed at the idea of Nick knowing what just happened.

"Go and get ready then, come to the kitchen when you are."

"OK sexy ;)"

"GEORGE!!!!" But he just giggled again and skipped out of the room.
