"You tried to fight Steve?" I ask while laughing "and Natasha, I had no control just kept fighting" Bucky replies "Steve must have been so confused seeing you again" I say "he was" Bucky replies "James do you remember everything from when you were the winter soldier?" I ask "every detail, do you?" Bucky asks and I nod "I hear the horrified screams of all the people I burned" I say "You know that Steve can't know that you stayed the night right?" I say "I know" Bucky says "He would freak out, you saw how he got after that one kiss which was a dare" I say
"Steve won't know" Bucky replies "Okay" I say "I thought my pretty blue eyes had no effect on you" Bucky says and i roll my eyes "They don't" I say with a smile "you handled last nights situation pretty well" Bucky says and i smile "I tried to, it's not something i wanted them to know just yet" I say with a sigh "Alexandra?" I hear Steve say while knocking on the door "Can i come in?" Steve asks and i look at Bucky "Hold on" I yell back
I get up quickly "Under the bed, go" I say "What nothing happened" Bucky says "Fine" I say rolling my eyes, i open the door and Steve looks directly at Bucky who's sitting awkwardly at the edge of my bed "What is he doing here?" Steve asks "You aren't the only one who worries about me" I say sitting back on the bed "When did you get here?" Steve asks Bucky "Not long ago" Bucky replies
"Follow me" Steve says and i frown, i look at Bucky who shrugs "I haven't brushed my teeth yet" I say "Then go brush it" Steve says, i run into the bathroom and brush my teeth before following Bucky and Steve out of the room "Where are we going?" I ask confused "Breakfast" Steve says "You dragged me out of bed for breakfast?" I ask "Yeah" He says "You just don't want me being alone is that right?" I ask "I'm worried" Steve says "You think i'm going to isolate myself in my room like i did when we were teenagers?" I ask
"You always do that" Steve says "I have been living with this for a while Steve, James too I'm not alone" I say grabbing onto Bucky's hands, Steve looks down at it and i let go "Everyone here has been through something, you thought you lost your best friend and your sister. Most of us are orphans or suffered something tragic. We are all in the same sinking boat" I say following him into the dinning room "Your secret was more pleasing than i expected it to be darling" Loki says and i roll my eyes
"Bring back sweet Loki, i like him better" I say "Loki and sweet doesn't go in the same sentence" Bruce says "You would be surprised" I say with a smile "He's not so bad, isn't that right Thor" I say "That is right" Thor replies "Has the world flipped inside out?" Tony asks "No, you guys just haven't seen what we have" I say with a shrug while sitting down between Bucky and Loki "So, the revelation you had last night. It doesn't change anything?" I ask
"Coming from a trained assassin and spy? It doesn't change anything" Natasha says and i smile "I'm glad" I say "Was it the same process as they did to Bucky?" Sam asks "Yeah it was" I say "And they tried to kill you and couldn't?" Rhodes asks and i nod "And why is that?" Clint asks "I wish i knew, most of the time i had wished that it worked" I say and Steve looks down at me "I'm not suicidal, I was just tired of all the torture" I say
"Yeah it was exhausting" Bucky says and i nod "Yeah it was" I say "But it's in the past" I say "We can drop it now" I say "Yeah" Tony says
After a very long day of everyone constantly bringing up what happened last night i decided to just go to my room and wait until everyone went to sleep "You're avoiding me" Loki says appearing in my room "I'm not" I say "You don't want to continue what we were doing is that right?" Loki asks "Yeah actually" I say "That's fine, you could have just said so darling" Loki says and i smiling "You're in love with someone aren't you?" Loki asks
"No" I say instantly and he raises his eyebrows "I don't know, i was and now I'm confused" I say "Bucky?" Loki asks and i sigh "I don't know" I say "Why don't you just tell him? He seems to feel the same way" Loki say "You think so?" I ask "I see the way he looks at you, specially when we are together" Loki says "You fell for him when you got your own control?" Loki asks "Yes but everything from his part was controlled by Hydra" I say
"What makes you so sure? Hydra may have controlled his actions not his emotions" Loki says "You think so?" I ask "I do" Loki says and i hug him "You see a side of me most don't want to see, i believe you deserve the happiness you give me" Loki says and i pull away "Not in that way, i have never had a um friend" Loki says and i smile "Well now you do" I say "I believe you should go see someone" Loki says and i nod
"I think i will" I say, i walk out and into Bucky's room to see him fast asleep already as I'm about to leave i hear slightly painful grunts and noises coming from Bucky. I walk in slowly "No" He groans, He's sweating and moving around. I run to his bed "James" I say moving him slightly "James wake up" i say, his eyes open and he shoots up gasping for air "Gen?" Bucky asks "Are you okay?" I ask "What are you doing here?" He asks "I came to, see if you were okay and you had a nightmare. I got worried" I say deciding not to say anything
"Oh" Bucky says "Are you okay?" I ask and Bucky nods "okay, I'm going to go" I say getting up "No wait" Bucky says grabbing onto my arm "Can you um stay?" Bucky asks "Of course" I say sitting back down "It's just, I have always slept better with you around" Bucky says and i smile "I'm here, I'll always be here" I whisper resting my head on his shoulder
