Well I'm currently 9 months into my pregnancy and sitting in the living room with a popcorn bowl on top of my stomach "can you get the bowl off of my niece?" Steve asks while walking in "you can have an opinion" I begin to say while shoving more popcorn in my mouth "when you are carrying a child of your own" I say looking over at him "hey" Bucky says and in an instant the baby begins to move "oh you can hear your daddy's voice my sweet girl?" I whisper while moving the popcorn bowl from my belly and stroking it softly "you're going to be a daddy's girl aren't you?" Bucky says joining me on the couch and stroking my belly too "yeah well after carrying her for 9 months she'll just choose you" I say with a slightly annoyed tone to my voice "she still loves you, she goes crazy when you sing" Bucky says and I nod
"I have died everyday waiting for you" I sing softly and watching as she begins to move once again "darling, don't be afraid. I have loved you for a thousand years. I'll love you for a thousand more" I continue to sing before glancing up at Bucky who was staring at me with a smile across his face and his blue eyes staring right into my soul "I know she'll have your voice" Bucky says "and I'll spend everyday listening to the both of you sing" he whispers "god Bucky when did you become so soft" Steve jokes while joining us on the couch "aren't you scared though?" Steve asks "scared?" I ask "I mean yeah, it's normal to be scared. I'm going to be a mum again and we all know how that turned out the last time. Oh am I doing something crazy?" I ask slightly panicked while sitting up "oh wow no, I meant of her having your attitude" Steve says embarrassed and I start laughing "yeah I'm terrified" Bucky instantly replies while staring at me, this time with just plain confusion
"Oh come on, I am almost my my due date. I am huge and I can't even drink" I say "or party for that matter and we'll I'm way too big to even" I say looking at Bucky "I'm frustrated" I say "well we had this conversation a while ago and we told you that you could not handle it" Steve says "yeah and then we had sex 5 minutes after" Bucky says "Why do you have to share?" Steve asks "all I am saying is I'm getting bored, I can't go on missions, I can't do anything anymore. Except sing to my beautiful baby girl" I say in a baby voice before looking up at the two of them "and seriously I am exhausted" I sigh "she moves a lot?" Steve asks "you try sleeping with a baby this big in your belly and let me know if you find a good position" I say "I've slept on the floor for a month" Bucky says "you're very dramatic James" I say rolling my eyes and getting up
"Where are you going?" Bucky asks standing up almost instantly, I look at him with a confused frown "I need to pee" I say awkwardly "oh" Bucky says and I laugh while walking away "Oh Jamie" I say turning to look at him "you remember that date we went to a few months back? The one with the tacos and and the um" I begin to say "the brownies?" He asks and I nod "I'll go get you some" he says, James asks over to me gives me a single soft kiss before leaving "he really is soft" Steve jokes "he's always been, just not in front of you" I say with a slaughter before finally going to the bathroom. On my way back I hear a familiar voice, a voice I wish I didn't even have to hear honestly. I walk out of the compound to see Sarah with Bucky again "did I open the door to the past?" I ask while looking at her, her eyes widen "what never seen a pregnant woman before?" I complain while rolling my eyes
"And it's Bucky's?" She asks "who else's would it have been?" I ask "I don't know with the way that you sleep around" she says with a shrug, I see Bucky's eyes darken with anger at her words "yeah and well at least I get around, what about you getting ANY attention lately or just trying to be a rebound girl again?" I ask "hey" Bucky says and I roll my eyes again "I think you should leave, I may be 9 months pregnant but you don't want to see what the hell is new with me lately Sarah" I spit as my sclera turn black and my eyes shine the colours of the infinity stones "that's all you got?" she asks "you threaten me every time you come around but you have never actually-" Sarah begins to say but I throw her backwards using my powers "We need to go" I say to Bucky "what?" He asks "we need to go to the hospital" I say blinking a few times "why?" He asks worried "my water just broke" I say with a smile
My first contraction hits and I bend over slightly groaning at how bad it actually is, the ground underneath our feet begin to shake and stop once the contraction stops "did you just?" Bucky asks coming over to me and holding onto my arm "I think, I-" I begin to say as another one hits, I scream, this time it's even worse. My body begins to feel weak as the wind around up picks up and things begin to fly all around us "is this you?" He asks worried "I don't know what going on" I groan "take me inside" I say turnings around. We head into the lab and I sit down as Bruce approaches us "I can't be the one to do this" Bruce says seriously concerned "my hands are too big" Bruce panics "get - Nat- " I groan again, Bruce runs out to get Nat "listen to me, my powers they're out of control. I've never really had to use them since you all were brought back" I say "I can't be awake for her birth, god knows the damage I might do if I am" I warn "are you saying we have to do a C-section?" Bucky asks "none of us have any experience in anything like this" Bucky complains "I can't be at a hospital, I will put way too many people in danger James" I say "I trust that you guys will fix this, plus I can't die" I say with a smile just as another contraction hits and beakers begin to fly all around us
"We're gonna put you under" Bruce says "okay" I say glancing at Bucky "I love you" I whisper "I love you" he replies that's when everything goes dark
