31. New Life

Jay POV

It's been about a week since I lost Gogo. Again. And this time it hit way too hard. I can't leave my apartment without breaking down. It's embarrassing. All I have is taco. And I got a new cat named burrito. These were the only ones I truly had. Yeah, everyone else came and checked in on me. But I felt awkward. Maybe because they're trying to hide the emotions like everyone else. Honey lemon was just depressed. Hiro was spaced out into another land. Wasabi, he brings some food. And Fred just tries to cheer me up with his comics. I miss Gogo.

Something in me says that she's not dead. But the question is where did she go? I sat there thinking. For hours on end. I got up. "This is my fault," I say to myself. "If I didn't appear with Sam or Jason. Life wouldn't be like this. Something bad always happens to me" I continue. I get up and put Sam in my closet. And walk out the door with my hood covering my face, leaving hair a shadow of my nose. I walk to a Toyota dealership. "If I want to get my life together I'm going to have to live a normal life," I say to myself. I purchased a Toyota Camry. "I'm sorry Sam," I thought "I just need to restart life. No more of this superhero shit" I continue thinking as I drove off. And drove around the city. San fransokyo. I'm just a dead man walking. This won't be the end. Once I fix myself. I'll find Gogo.

3rd person POV

As jay drives around in his newly bought car. He tries to start over. Live an average life. He still goes to SFIT. Builds some stuff to help the world and such. But a piece of him has disappeared. He's gone antisocial. Works alone and independently. Doesn't let anyone in anymore in fear of getting hurt. He's lost enough including his family. His brother. And now Gogo. This is the new jay. Everything starts getting better and better and he feels more alive. This won't be the end of jay. Jay will be back
