Chapter 22. Acquaintances

Jays POV

After my cruise around town. I headed back to the apartment. The ground started shaking and power started to flicker. "EARTHQUAKE" Mark screamed. For some reason. This didn't feel like an earthquake. I look outside. And I see this zombie-looking Godzilla. "Great, anything else gonna happen?" I quickly grab one of my cubes and head outside. It happened to be ember. Something is better than nothing. I raced over there. Slipping under semis dodging cars that were crashed from this mysterious thing.

As I got near it I transformed into my suit with my purple sword. "How am I going to defeat him it's as tall as a skyscraper" I mumbled. I saw a car flipped over looking like a ramp. I transformed back into the bike and used that to my advantage. Once mid-air. I transformed and ripped the heart of this monster out. It collapsed. Its blue glow started to fade with its heart and blue blood on my purple sword. Gross. As I got back to the ground, I was already out of breath. "Phew, I gained a couple of pounds" grabbing my stomach chuckling.

"Breaking news, monsters have been appearing everywhere on earth. They're destroying everything they see. These are only a cat 1...." my thoughts broke the billboard noise. "CAT 1, THERES MORE?!" Before I could finish my thought I went to go hide in the shadows before anyone could see me.

Hiros POV

Everyone's tv went into breaking news at almost 10 pm. Someone out there must've destroyed the one here. But who, big hero 6 is dead. Before I could get any more thoughts out. I got a knock on my door. I opened it. "Hi Hiro, we need to talk," jay said. Covered in blood. Why is he here? I messed his whole life up? " I know we are on bad terms and I should be hating you at this second, but this is a good time for us to put our differences aside," Jay said. "The world is going to end..." jay trailed off. "Why me?" I stuttered. "Because I'm the dude who can make rad stuff. I'm not the dude to create a whole superhero clan. We need to get everyone back together memories restored. And deafest these creature things. If you care enough about your friends and what's left of your family. You'll have to do what's right. It'll also prove that you aren't as cold as you are" jay said sitting on the floor panting. He's got a point. This could be my chance to make up some stuff for him. He came to me knowing I could help. Even with what I did. I'll take this chance.

Jays POV

"How're we going to get everyone back?" Hiro asked. "I wiped their minds free of both of us" he continued. "Well with my smarty pants engineering and your creativity. We could prob create something to restore their minds" I said. Yeah, it's bad enough I got to talk to this dude. Let alone even be near him. As it could be dangerous. But what else can I do? The world's ending. And I know Gogo is out there. If she was found dead. Even tho she doesn't remember me. I would be extremely upset. Her being alive is my motivation to live. "Okay. Let's get working" Hiro said nervously. I pull out ember as she has a whole toolbox engraved into her suit. We get working.

3rd person POV

As jay and Hiro are back to acquaintances. And start working on a new toy to help them get big hero 6 back. The world is beginning to flood with these creatures. Destroying stuff left and right. Towns are burning. Innocent people are dying. How will they be able to reform the clan? And how will they be able to save the world? It's up to jay and Hiro to decide.
