37. Redemption

Jays POV

As I'm running from programs. I met up with a program named gem. She gave me the stuff needed to survive in this world. She only told me this "lose this disc and you're screwed". I don't understand what's so special about this disk. But I guess it's a life or death situation.

Time skip

As I'm driving off in my in my new light cycle. Previously sam. But in this grid. It's just a bike. Flashbacks slam me in the head.

"You're nothing but a failure jay"
"It's over jay you have nothing"
"Fuck you, you always hurt someone"
"You're a waste of space and time"
"Go die in a whole you b*tch"
"Also jay, I've killed your family"

Anger raged. "You can't stop me you bitch" memories are no longer. I'm no longer jay. Call me j-rim. My history is no longer. I will be the one to help take over the grid and the rest of the world. I zoomed off to find Clu. After a few hours. I found Clu's command ship. I walked in with just my sword that had shifted orange. And sliced everyone to little pixels that came in my way. "Well, well, well. Who do we have here?" Clu laughed. I lifted my hood. "Call me j-rim," I said sternly. "A cold-hearted program, we need one of those." Clu laughed. "IM NOT A F*CKIN PROGRAM" I yelled and sliced one of his minions. Clu jumped back as if he was scared. "What are you scared of a man who has balls to destroy everyone in this room. Thought you wanted to take over the grid. Create a perfect system" I said walking closer to him pointing the sword at him. "Well yeah, but I'm in no rush," Clu said nervously. "Well, that sucks" I walk closer to him and in a bright orange swipe. Clu was down to pixels. "Alright everyone listen up, I'm the new leader here and we do things my way," I say. "First things first. Let's get rid of that hideous color"

Back over in San Fransokyo

Gogos POV

After the little flash of my head. I grew angry and ran off to Jay's apartment. Once I opened the door I was greeted by Jason. "Oh hello, Gogo" he greeted. "Where's jay" I screamed with tears running down my face. "Well.. he's not here anymore," Jason said. I couldn't help but scream. I ran back to the cafe and found Hiro "how the f*ck could you have done this you bastard" I screamed at him. "Listen I know I made a few mistakes. But come on let's put this in the past and restart" he said calmly and smiled. "Nothing can restart after what you did. You selfish fool" I screamed at him and walked away

Honeys POV

"I should've never had a thing for you" I hear Gogo mumble to herself. Never in my life have I seen her so angry. She was always a chilled-out quiet one who loved bikes. Something about jay brings out her emotions. I like that she's showing them more. But I'm worried about her now. I stand up "Gogo..." I say grabbing her shoulder. "Don't you f*cking touch me" she screams at me and walks away. This isn't good. "Jay.. wherever you are. We really need you" I whisper to myself.

On the west coast of San Fransokyo...

Jackson's POV

"Hey amrik, long time no see" I greet and punch him in the shoulder like good times. "Hey Jax, what brings you here?" He asks. "Remember jay, he may have found a way into the grid due to some personal issues.." I say. "Well isn't that great. What are we going to do go on some rescue mission? " amrik said sarcastically. "Actually yeah...." I say smiling nervously. "You always seem to get us into some wack sh*t. You know that right?" I laughed nodded. "Let's go," he says.

3rd person.

Things are starting to fire up between jay and his inner battles. As well as Gogo and Hiro. It also seems Gogo is on the fritz as she cursed out honey. It's not usual for Gogo to snap like that. Will these little battles be resolved or will they flame higher than any fire burned before?
