39. A Different View

While Gogo is having mental issues in san fransokyo...

Jackson's  POV

Once Amrik and I arrive at Flynn's arcade we realize everything all powered on, meaning jay was just here. And then we saw the open door behind the Tron arcade game. We walk in the dark tunnel to another open set of doors. "Yep, jay was here. Always leaving the doors open" Amrik says. I couldn't help but laugh at this one. "Okay Amrik, no more jokes it's time to get serious. We don't know what we're dealing with here." I say as Amrik is already typing away on the keyboard. After a few seconds, I was blasted into a different dimension called the grid.

Amrik's pov

We're blasted on the grid and the key difference I see compared to the movie was all the white stripes were all very bright like green. "Well shit this doesn't look good," Jackson says "I agree" I reply. Before we start walking a ship started flying to us. "It's a recognizer. Run!" Jackson screams. He happened to sound like a little girl. And I laughed. Before we started to run. The ground started to sink. And the next thing I knew there was a random orange flash. That grabbed both of us and we were flying at light speed off-grid. "Where are we," I asked. "You'll see," a womanly figure said in a robotic voice behind a mask.

Time skip

Jackson's pov

We arrive at this weird place. But for some reason, this place looks oddly familiar. I can't put my finger on me. "Dude you okay? you look like you're lost in thought" Amrik asks. "Yeah, I'm fine. But look around this place looks familiar" I say. He nods and looks around. Next thing we know we enter this invisible building and start going up a levitating elevator. Next thing I know we're greeted by Sam Flynn. "Welcome user, what brings you here?" He asked. "Amrik and I are here to bring jay back into reality," I say. He nods "yeah with him here the grid hasn't been the same. The only one left from clue is this ISO Sarina". Her helmet-looking thing came off. And Amrik fell face-first to the floor. I and Sam chuckled. "What's so funny?" someone screams across the room

Amrik's POV

While Jackson and Sam are chatting away. This tannish-looking figure removes her Helmet. For a second there I was in awe of how beautiful she was. Next thing I knew I face planted the ground. "Ow," I moaned.  Jackson's started laughing at me. I get up and hold him against a wall "what are you laughing at punk" I said angrily. "Seems you've caught the love bird syndrome" Jackson laughs. I let go of him. Because he's not wrong. "You know I really want to smack you" I growled at him. "Don't blow your cool man this might be your chance" he whispers in my ear. At that moment I had no choice to calm down. "Hi, I'm Sarina." She greets and hands her hand out to me. I shake it "H-hi, I'm Amrik," I said nervously. Once again Jackson was chuckling behind me. But I couldn't help but see the gleaming green eyes she had. Boy, I love an Indian-looking type of girl.

Sam's POV

"Alright love birds, we gotta get you and Jackson suited up for this world and a disk". I say. My wife, Cora comes up with the tools needed to get the suited up. Jackson ended up having a bright white light strip on him. While Amrik had a red tinge to his. While Cora was out with her tools. She readjusted Sarina's suit as she didn't want to be orange. Her light strip had a tinge of blue to it. I thought to myself "if opposites attract then Amrik and Sarina would go well. Red and blue". "So what now?" Jackson asks. "You guys will proceed to the games for training with your disks," I say. Both of the users jumped. "You're not going to die to trust me on this one"

Howdy, so one thing I want to correct is Amrik, is pronounced as Amr-ee-k. It's not pronounced how it's spelled. Trust me I about got my ass handed to me by Hirogo4Life for not pronouncing it right. Anyhow, I hope everyone had a good day.
