Shrek the Third (finale) (Aranea2020 Version)

Chapter 6

Everyone was at the pond gathering around for the funeral of King Harold close to a statue. The queen set an old shoe box ( "Ye Olde Footlocker") on top of a lily pad and sent it floating out into the water. Kobe, Max, Donkey, Puss, the princesses and all the fairy tale creatures bowed their heads solemnly.

Shrek put his hand around Fiona in sadness. The funeral ended and the crowd began to disperse. Shrek, Fiona, Kobe, Max and the queen stood by the pond. The queen sadly gazed at the pond.

" This is just sad man." Kobe thought to herself sadly. Max couldn't help but think about the lifeless body of the king. It was a tragedy that the king died in front of their faces.

(Time skip)
The next day, everyone was at the docks waving goodbye to each other while Kobe and Max waited for their male friends. Max couldn't stop thinking about the king.

Kobe was sort of growing impatient of Puss talking to a bunch of female cats embracing him.

" It's out of my hands Seniorita, the winds of blown on my destiny.  I will never forget you but I already have a..."Puss got cut off by another female cat purring on him as he said " And are you but..." He was trying to convince the female cats that he loved Kobe but they wouldn't let him.

Kobe started to become even more jealous when she saw more and more cats approaching Puss. Two cats started to fight against each other which gave Kobe the opportunity to go towards Puss.

" Come on Puss, let's go." Kobe snarled as she grabbed him by the paw and dragged the male cat away from the other cats with a perturbing smile on her face. They both ran past Donkey and Dragon who were sadly saying goodbye to each other.

" I know, I know... I don't wanna leave either baby, but you know how Shrek is. The dude's lost without me." Donkey told his wife sadly. Dragon gave him an understood smile.

" But don't worry. I'll send you airmail kisses everyday." Donkey told Dragon.

He blew her a kiss and she caught it.
Donkey looked at his children, holding back tears.

" Alright, be strong babies! Now, Coco, Peanut, you listen to mama, alright? And Bananas, no more roastin' marshmallows on your sister's head." Donkey told his children. Bananas let out a fiery sneeze. The baby Dronkeys flew around their daddy.

The Dronkey that Fiona was holding flies off to join it's siblings.

" Shrek, maybe you should just stay and be king." Fiona told her husband but he wasn't having it.

" Oh c'mon there's no way I could ever run a kingdom. That's why your cousin Arthur's the perfect choice." Shrek told Fiona.

" It's not that. It's, you see..." Fiona tried to say but got interrupted by Shrek.

" And if he gives me any trouble, I've always got persuasion and reason." Shrek interrupted.

" Here's persuasion..." Shrek continued as he held up his right fist.

" And here's reason." Shrek finished as he held up his left fist. He chuckled as Fiona gave him a look.

" Fiona, soon it's just gonna be you, me, my pets and our swamp." Shrek reassured her.

" It'a not gonna be just you, me, Kobe and Max." Fiona said hesitantly. The ship's fog horn started sounding.

" All Aboard!" The Ship Captain yelled out.

" Shrek! Come on!" Kobe yelled out to her owner. Shrek kissed Fiona before joining Kobe, Max, Donkey and Puss on the boat. The boat set sail and the Dronkeys spelled out " We love you Daddy!" with smoke in the sky.

Kobe just smiled in awe when she saw that. The fairy creatures looked at the Dronkeys in awe.

" Bye bye babies!" Donkey called out to his kids. Kobe and Max waved at Fiona, Dragon and the rest while she and her male friends were on the boat.

" Shrek!" Fiona called out. Shrek leaned against the rail, calling out to her.

" Yeah?" Shrek called out.

" Wait!" Fiona called out again which caused Kobe and Max to look at each other confused. From the distance Fiona smiled and took a deep breathe.

" I'm, I'm..." Fiona stuttered as the Ship Captain blew a fog horn and cut her off.

Kobe and Max couldn't understand what she said as Shrek laughed and called out " I love you too honey!"

" No. I said I'm pr.." Fiona yelled out but it was censored again by the fog horn. Shrek grabbed the horn and threw it overboard.

" You're what?!" Shrek yelled out confused.

" I said I'm pregnant!" Fiona yelled out to him. Kobe and Max gasped after hearing that their owner was gonna have kids.

" Uh.... What was that?" Shrek asked out loud to his wife not believing his ears.

" You're gonna be a father!" Fiona yelled out to her husband.

" That's great!" Shrek called out nervously before he looked down at his pets who smiled nervously.

" Really? I'm glad you think so! I love you!" Fiona yelled out one last time.

" Yeah... me... too..." Shrek muttered to himself nervously. Kobe petted him on the leg telling him it was alright. Donkey was overjoyed and he kept exclaiming that he was gonna be an uncle three times.

" You my friend are royally__" Puss said before he got cut off my the fog horn blasting again as the boat disappeared into the fog.
