Clark and his mom arrived at Incheon Airport after three hours of air travel. Stepping out of the bridge, he had his eyes wide as he looked around, amazed by the airport. He can only watch K-dramas and knows whenever idols depart from South Korea.
"Let's head straight to the waiting lobby and look for signage with our name on it."
His mom instructed him. He went straight to the waiting lobby and saw a man in a suit holding a sign with his and his mom's names on it. Thinking this was what his mother meant, he approached him and introduced himself.
"Hello, I'm Clarkson Lim, and this is my mom, Rebekah Lim."
Clark's Korean was indeed good, as he was informed.
"Hello, Mr. Lim. I was instructed to drop you off at your house. Please follow me."
The man guided them to their car and helped them load their luggage in the trunk. He told them to sit in the passenger seat and began driving towards the intended destination.
1 hour later...
The car stopped in front of a 3-story apartment building with a large parking space. They unloaded their luggage and followed the guy towards the apartment.
"I'm sorry that I have to go now; your room number is 201. Mr. Lim will contact you later once his meeting is done."
"And welcome to South Korea, sir, ma'am."
The man in the suit said before turning his back, leaving them behind with the room key.
"Mom, are you tired?"
He asked his mom, who nodded in response. They took the elevator, with Clark dragging both of their luggage. Arriving on the second floor, they went to their room, which was conveniently a few steps away from the elevator.
"Click"
The lock opens after inserting the key into the keyhole.
"I'll ask Dad for the passcode later on."
He thought. He then turns the knob and opens the door widely. He was greeted by a cozy-looking apartment with a nice glass window overlooking a nice view of the area. He went around and saw two rooms: one master bedroom and a regular-sized room, which for him is quite enough.
"Mom, you should rest. I'll wait for Dad's call."
Clark told his mom, who nodded before entering the master bedroom. He then took his phone from his pocket and sat on the sofa.
The notifications on his Twitter account popped up like crazy, which he didn't expect because he was only out for a couple of hours.
"Wahh, you're going to South Korea?"
"Lucky you."
"Send me some Korean air."
He can't help but smile at what his "moots" replied to his tweet. After replying to all the replies, he went on and scrolled through his timeline, and one tweet caught his eye.
"Former IZ*ONE members Jang Wonyoung and Ahn Yujin were reportedly offered an exclusive contract by LSM Entertainment."
After reading the whole article from the original site, he can't help but smile, knowing that his bias and her best friend are going to a company that is known to prioritize their artists more than anything.
