I walked in with Mia and saw Naomi holding two babies, she looked at me and smiled.

"Go on, go see them" Mia said pushing me.

I stood in shock and looked at the two babies that Naomi had in her hands. I saw them laying on her chest.

I looked around the room and saw Naomi's parents smiling at me.

I felt my lips part and I couldn't think of what to say, "would you like to meet them?" Naomi said smiling, she looked tired and worn out, her under eyes were puffy.

I don't blame her she just pushed two babies out of herself.

"Yes" I said walking up the her, I looked at how they looked, never in my life would I have thought that I'd have kids already.

"C-Can I hold them?" i asked.

She smiled and shook her head, "yes you're the father Kaden" she said smiling, I smiled and she passed me the baby.

"That's the girl our little boys asleep but I thought you could name her" she said smiling. I felt the baby grab my finger and I smiled.

"Don't cry yet" I hear Mia laugh. I smiled at her and rocked the baby in my arms.

"Jayda Richardson" I whispered, I saw her little smile and I looked at Naomi, I felt a drip of water fall from my eyes, I wiped my eyes carefully and looked at Jayda.

I looked at Naomi and saw her asleep, I sat on one of the chairs and held Jayda.

"Can we hold her?" I heard Stephanie ask.

"Yeah of course" I said, I noticed that my voice was husky from crying. I passed her to Stephanie and her and Naomi's father smiled at the baby.

I walked up to Naomi and saw her tired she looked, I kissed her forehead and saw my son on her chest. I leaned in close and saw his little finger move.

I heard the door open and saw a nurse had come in, "Umm I'm sorry to disturb you all but the babies need to go into the incubators to be safe that they're fully developed" she said smiling.

I looked at Mia and she smiled at me, I watched as the nurse put the twins into the incubators.

I cleared my throat and walked out the room, I heard Mia behind me.

"Where are you going?" I heard Mia say.

"To smoke" I said bluntly, I walked outside to the smoking area and took a cigarette out my pocket.

"Kaden you're a father now you need to stop smoking" Mia said.

I lit a cigarette and inhaled, "I can't Mia, I fucking can't it's hard" I said looking at the cigarette.

"You have to stop for them, it can be a serious health issue for them" she said crossing her arms.

"Don't you think I know that, I spent half my time at work researching about the babies" I said angrily.

"So you should know that this" she said pointing to the cigarette, "will hurt them" she said.

"I fucking know Mia" I said.

"Than start acting like a father you dick" she said pushing me and walked off.

I finished my cigarette and walked inside, I ate a piece of gum and walked into the hospital, I saw Naomi awake looking at the babies.

I noticed that it was just us, "where were you?" She asked.

I sat on the chair near her bed and gulped, "it was something to do with my father" I said holding her hand, she pulled away and looked away from me.
