I haven't spoken to Kaden for two days, he's been ignoring me. When I go downstairs he stays upstairs.

But i have something that i need to tell him, his mother didn't want me to tell him but i think he deserves to know.

He thinks so highly of her

I saw Kaden walk downstairs and he saw me, he turned back around and walked back.

"Kaden please I just need to talk to you" I said.

"What could you possibly have to say" he said annoyed.

"Just sit please" I whispered, he looked at me and sat down on the couch.

"What is it?" He said looking at his hands.

"Your uh your mothers ill" I said looking at the floor.

"What?" He said confused.

"She's been battling this illness for a while now apparently and she didn't want me to tell you but I thought you had the right to know"

"When did she tell you this?" He said.

"A few nights ago" I said looking at my feet.

I looked up at him and saw how upset he looked, I could see the emotions on his face.

He looked at me and then looked down, "whatever she'll be fine just get ready" he said walking upstairs.

I went to the room after he had gotten dressed and I got changed into a red dress, Kaden went downstairs and waited in the car.

I eventually was ready and went to the car, we arrived at the event and I got out the car.

We walked into the event and I felt Kaden's hand on my back. "Safety" he whispered.

"I'm going to get a drink" I said walking up to the guy holding drinks, I took one and drank it.

I saw Kaden talking some people that looked our age, I walked up to him and he wrapped his arm around my waist and smiled at me.

"Ohh so you chose the psychopath over the bad boy" one of the guys said.

"I'm sorry what?" I said confused.

"Kaden, he's a psychopath a literal psycho" the same guy laughed.

I looked at Kaden and saw him look around the room, I looked at his jawline and Adam's apple, the way it stuck of from his neck and his jawline made it hard not to think about wanting him.

I looked away, I could see the tattoos from his wrist showing slightly.

"There's Zack" I heard the guys say, they walked off and I saw Kaden's father walking around the room.

He was so close to us that I'm sure he'd look this way, "your fathers here" I whispered to Kaden.

He looked up and saw his father, Kaden smirked at him and wrapped his hand around my neck.

He took me to the side and kissed me slowly, our lips moved in sync as we kissed and I felt Kaden pull away.

I bit my lip as I felt flushes around my face which was starting to get hot.

"I see you're still with her" Mark said.

"Mother's ill why didn't you tell me" Kaden said to his father.

"Because your mother makes you weak" Mark said angrily.

"My mother and kids are the only thing keeping me sane, two things you tried to take from me" he said angrily.
