"Come on, come on, we're not moving. He's magnetised us. We can't move away." Soloman growled, beating on the control panel. I was seated as far away from him as possible, wrapping my arms around my legs.

"He's outsmarted you." I murmured. The old man turned angrily to me, swinging with his staff. The handle caught me in the throat and I fell, hitting the floor and choking. I felt regenerative energy start to form, gathering inside me and coiling tightly.

"You knew this would happen!" Solomon growled.

"No! No, I swear-" I think he busted my windpipe. I found it incredibly difficult to breathe. Solomon raised his cane again and I heard him. My savior.

"Hello! Having trouble leaving?" He questioned. He hadn't seen me.
"Daisy, Daisy, give me your answer, do." The robots sang, shorting out.

"Ship's still magnetized. Couldn't bear to lose you." The Doctor told him. I was on the floor, struggling not to regenerate. I couldn't die. I shouldn't even have had this regeration. This one could be the end of me.

"Release my ship, Doctor, or I kill your precious object." He forced me to my feet, pressing a knife into my throat. I know the Doctor saw the little sparks coming from my hands and anger clouded his face. I kicked the cane out from underneath him and he fell over. I snatched up the cane and pressed it to his throat.

"I am not your possession, nor was I ever. Stay down." I told him.

"Don't mess with Egyptian queens, Solomon, and never mess with Time Ladies. I hope you've learnt that now." The Doctor said to Solomon, holding his hand out to me. I took it.

"What are you doing?" Solomon demanded of us.

" Disabling this ship's signal and replacing it with the one from the Silurian ship. I send this craft off emitting the signal they're looking for, the missiles will follow. Hopefully, Siliurian ship safe, dinosaurs safe, everybody safe. Bit tight for time, though. Shouldn't really be chatting. Neffy, let's go. How remiss of me. Almost forgot. The thing about missiles, very literal. This is what they latch on to." The Doctor pulled out a bright piece of crystal and laid it down on the table. Solomon was still on the floor.

"Now, one press of this and the ship's demagnetised." The Doctor didn't press it though, hesitating.

"Doctor, whatever you want, I can get it for you. Whatever object you desire." Solomon tried.

"Did the Silurans beg you to stop?" I asked.

"Look, Solomon. The missiles. See them shine? See how valuable they are. And they're all yours." The Doctor said, detatched.

"You wouldn't leave me, Doctor." Solomon said as the Doctor pressed the button and pulled me after him. The gates slid shut behind us.

"Doctor!" The spaceship was gone, blowing up not a few moments after it left. The Doctor looked at me, shook his head slightly, then kissed me, his fingernails digging into my skin and his lips crushing mine.

"Don't ever... ever do that again." I nodded, then winced.

"Come on. Back to the TARDIS." He said. I shook my head, pressing a hand to my forehead and starting to cry.

"Scarlet." He took my hand.

"I can't make it." I said.

"Yes, you can. Come on." He took my hand and started pulling me. We did make it to the TARDIS and then pain flared up my body. The regeneration had started.
