"I should be dead. I don't understand why I'm not dead." I tugged on the end of my new hair and sat in the TARDIS.

"You should be thankful." The Doctor pecked a kiss to my forehead and started pushing buttons. "So, where do you want to go?" He asked me. "The beaches of Grut, the Red Planet, the lost colony of-" I cut him off, shaking my head.

"Amy and Rory knew me. That means I get left behind somewhere." He stopped, walking towards me. I stood, looking at him sharply. He pressed his forehead to mine.
"I'm sorry. I'm so, so, sorry." He said to me.

"Are you going to leave me again?" I asked. "Please don't leave me. Please." I begged him, wrapping my arms around him tightly.

"The new you is so little." He kissed the top of my head, hugging me back.
"Please don't leave me." I repeated.
"You and past me have to make up." I pulled away. "I'm leaving you exactly where I was my last few days of regeneration. You were there." He told me.

"I don't want to leave you." I said. He smiled.
"I've got my own adventures. Off you pop." He waved me towards the doors. I stood on my toes and kissed him on the lips.

"Come back for me." I told him.

"Don't I always? Don't answer that." The last thing I saw was him smile before the TARDIS left me and I turned to look at the empty field.
"No, no, no, no! Come back! You did something wrong! Doctor!"

There was no response. I started walking, cursing that stupid Time Lord and the off-kiltered TARDIS. "Come back for me."
