I slowly opened my eyes and looked besides me to see Jungkook sleeping peacefully.

I leaned in towards him and removed the hair that covered his face.

"Quit staring"

I heard him say and my cheeks burned up.

Jungkook Pov :

"You are so handsome, I can't help it"

I smiled hearing her reply. I opened my eyes to look at her. I waited for her to wish me but few minutes passed by and she still didn't.

"Babe you know that today is a very important day right??"

"Oh yess I have a very important meeting today. Thank you for reminding me Koo"

I frowned at her reply. Did she really forgot about our third anniversary?? No it can't be.

"What happened??"

She asked while caressing my face.

"Oh nothing"

I smiled at her and she got up.

"I'll get going now"

She took her towel and went to the bathroom while I stared at her. Maybe she forgot about today because of her work. She has been so stressed out about it. It's fine, it's ok if she doesn't remember it, I said to myself.

I had plans ready for tonight to celebrate our anniversary. I had a reservation booked at her favorite restaurant then I bought her chocolates, her favorite book and even a black dress for her to wear at dinner tonight.

I'll just surprise her, I smiled to myself and got up. Smirking slightly I knocked on the door of the bathroom.

"Babe"

"Hmm??"

"Can I join??"

"Shut up"

I giggled at her reply.

(Time skip)

After taking a bath I went down stairs to see my lovely wife cooking.

"Babe why didn't you wear your work attire?"

I asked and she looked at me.

"I'll wear it later since my meeting is afterwards"

I nodded my head as she served me breakfast. After we both ate I grabbed my bag and pecked her lips.

"I'll go now"

"Byee"

She waved her hand at me as I went out.

YN Pov :

After shutting the door I quickly went to our room and called my best friend Tae. Jungkook was looking so cute!! He really thought I forgot about our anniversary but nope I was just pretending.

I even took a day off from work since I wanted to prepare a surprise for him.

"Taehyung!!"

"Ahh babycakes , so how did it went??"

"He was looking so sad. I feel bad for him"

"It's ok. He will be happy after seeing your surprise"

"I hope so anyway when will you be here??"

"Just 5 minutes more"

I ended the call after the greetings. Tae soon came and bought all the decorations I had asked too. We then started working on the surprise.
