A\N: ;<; somebody help me

Henry's POV

i'm just hearing my shoes shuffle on the sidewalk while Charles was jumping around.

i keeping an eye on Charles so he would get himself more sick.

and trust me.. he's hard to keep an eye on.

1.) he almost got ran over by a car.

holy shit was it close.

2.) he bumped into a pole.

i laughed but it was strange on why he would bump into a pole.

3.) he has his eyes closed.

...

what do i say about this one?!

after everything, Charles could get himself killed at this point.

i tapped his shoulder, causing him to open his eyes and to meet my gaze.

"yeah, Hen?" he answered.

i sighed and shook my head.

"Charles, you need to keep your eyes open. you can kill yourself like this!" i explained.

Charles nodded.

"whoops! sorry, Hen." he chuckled. "i'll try to keep my eyes peeled!" he laughed.

he reached to that water fountain.

i touched the water with my hand. after i got my hand off there and dried my hand.

"heh, that's the same water fountain that i fell in!" Charles laughed.

i nodded and laughed a bit.

we took a right, letting the trees fill the sides.

leaves were everywhere on the sidewalk.

"spring.." i whispered.

"huh?"

"spring." i said it out loud.

Charles smiled and nodded.

"April is next month, Hen!" Charles pointed out.

now, i'm thinking about summer.

i love summer.

i used to steal things during winter though.

but never summer.

Charles skipped on the sidewalk, not caring if the leaves got stuck on his shoes.

i chuckled at him and ran to catch up to him.

we reached to clearing of a body of water.

i could smell it, though i never seen anything like it.

i never came to this part of the park.

Charles looked down and smiled.

" i remember seeing something like this" he pointed out.

"when?" i asked.

"when i was in the helicopter! i looked down and saw a huge body of water! it was pretty." Charles smiled as he told his story.

he tells me and Ellie what he sees on his flights and if we're lucky, he shows us pictures of them.

what he sees are beautiful sights that i wish i could see for myself.

maybe someday when Charles gets better.

i mean, it's just a small flu.

we just stood there, hearing the wind blow and the water move

it been awhile since we stood there in silence.

"hey, Charles."

"yeah?"

"wanna head back?"

"no, not yet.."

Charles walked away from the view. i'm pretty sure i should follow.

i decided to brush off the feeling, clearly i wouldn't care about for it for that long.

i don't give a shit about my worries, they just block me sometimes.

most of the time, the worries are just really hard to block at times.

i stuffed my hands into my pockets. just noticed the sun was shining through the trees gaps. it might not be a bad day after all.

no bad weather either.

huh.

lucky us.

Charles took of his sweater to feel the nice fresh, cool air here.

he didn't look cold or hot, he just looked like he needed to be out here for awhile.

being inside for a long, long, long time isn't good.

i swear, if we were forced inside, i will smack the government good.

i don't care if they kill me.

well, Charles will care.

Ellie will care too.

so, might as well not for their sake.

-------------------------------------------

is this writers block?

i'm confused.
