what a day

POV : first person ( Astrid)

I was so tired that I kept yawning and yawning as Inizo continued pushed me further .

" were are we going ? " I asked Inizo as I stopped walking " none of your business " Inizo muttered while  pushing me to the front " it is my business , I'm the one who's being taken as a hostage ! " I yelled in anger.

We continued arguing all the way to a big tree next to a small gas station . The place was completely empty , that's when I knew that we're at the edge of the city .

No one can save me now , I'm too far from home and the police station in case I wanted to run and cry for help .

Tithning me up with metallic coughs , Inizo connected my hand coughs with the big tree , she then placed a huge log next to it and layed down while covering her face with a paper she was holding .

" hey !! Hey !! " I yelled while trying to call Inizo , but she ignored me like I was invisible.

The sun started setting and the weather got chilly quick , I started shaking and clutching my teeth as the cold breeze passed my face .

" hey Astrid , pss ! " Someone whispered while standing behind the tree I was tighed up to . I turned around and saw Anakin unlocking the coughs which I was tied on .

" Anakin ? , how did you know I was in trouble? " I asked as I rubbed my arms after I was freed . " we just had a good guess " Anakin replied.

We slowly sneaked behind the tree and moved towards the gas station to find a place were we can hide . We hid behind the gas tanks and waited for Inizo to notice I was gone and go around searching for me .

After Inizo did what we excatly predicted , we run away towards my home . it wasn't easy though , we had to run long distances starting from edge of the city to the centre of it .

" phew ! " I breathed in relief as we arrived at the door of my house " thanks Anakin " I smiled while waving at Anakin as he went to the secret place .

I knocked the door again and again until I remembered that I have an extra key to my house . I opened  my house and entered slowly hoping that grandma won't get angry at me , but I saw grandma laying on the couch and dozing in deep sleep .

I didn't want to wake her up so I simply gave her a kiss on the forehead and went upstairs . It was a long tiresome and a very exhausting day , plus my friends at school saw me speaking with Inizo like we've met before .

Things are going tough for me , " ring !! Dring !! " My phone started ringing. I pulled out my phone from my pocket and it was mom .

I quickly picked it up and " hi hani " it was moms voice, I can't believe she's really talking to me after all those days .

" mom ! Where are you ? how are you  ? why aren't you answering my calls ? are you okay ?! " I bowled all the questions in my mind before she could answer  one of it " hani I'm okay , i haven't answered your call cause the network was disrupted and I can't come soon " Mom replied.

"why not " I asked while tears flourished my eyes " all flights in our city have been cancelled because of the nano bots and I'm trying to find a way to come " mom replied.

" don't worry hani I'm going to find a way , but tell me how are you ? " mom asked " I'm okay mom , don't worry about me , I'm glad that you called " I smiled in joy .

I was very relieved, all my worries were layed down my back . I talked with mom on the phone for hours and end the call . I slept in peace even though my day was very hard .

ND ....

* Yawns * I woke up early in the morning and did my daily routines . I went downstairs for breakfast and saw grandma flipping pancakes while spraying it with chocolate.

" grandma ! " I jumbed in excitement and hugged grandma as she was cooking  . As I jumped and hugged  grandma the pan she was holding fell down and the chocolate got all over the place .

We were covered with chocolate and pancakes all over our heads and clothes " ha! Ha ! " I giggled while standing up from the ground " Astrid ! have you gotten mad !? " grandma stated in confusion " no grandma I've got excited " I smiled while taking the pancake from the pan ( even if it was hot and burning ) and ate it with some chocolate.

I packed my materials and went outside after washing my face because of the chocolate. I walked to the secret place and entered by opening the door instead of knocking.

" hi guys " I greeted " hey " everyone replied . The place was a bit messed up than usual and I saw Radon covered in bandages and there was some blood on his beautiful face .

" what happened here ? " I asked as I placed my bag on my desk "Radon was attacked last night , a group of people entered and took all the weapons in the secret place , not even single one left , plus they punched Radon in the face too " Vexi explained everything in just a few seconds.

" uh ! " I panicked , but the reason for panicking wasn't for the weapons , I panicked because Radon got punched .

I went to my desk and learned a lot until my learning time was over , it was tiring as always , plus I have a none stop talking class mate who kept getting me punished.

I packed my materials and moved towards the door when " hey Astrid " someone called from behind , I turned around and saw Radon standing right in front of me . " h..he...hi..." I panicked all of a sudden " I know how hard you've been working and helping to gather the elements , I think you deserve to have fun , so why don't we hang out tomorrow at 7 :00 . if you like that is  " Radon smiled  " huh ? E... " I paused as my heart fainted in joy .

" sure , ya , why not ... I mean , okay " I replied . I can't believe this , I'm so excited to hang out with Radon tomorrow.

I exited the place while closing the door behind me and started walking towards my house .
