"Wha..what happened? " I asked as Eythor stopped narrating .

" The time machine released a huge explosion and our parents were no where to be found . They left us alone without saying goodbye and we had no where to go to . It was then that me and my friends decided to find a shelter far away from the main city to escape the influence of the people . We managed to survive for some years until another bad thing happened " Eythor paused.

" bad ? " I sqinched my eyes " ya . Jack's nano chip was damaged and he got out of control. We tried to fix it , but it didn't work . He started destroying the city and acting all crazy , so we decided to take him to the infirmary.

The  physicians told us that the damaged can be fixed , but it may also end up the other way around . Jack agreed at first, but when it was time for his surgery ,he disappeared and came to our fort.

He made us pledge not to report him ,but we did for his own sake . We knew that if he didn't agree with the surgery he would be imprisoned because he has done many irreplaceable destruction to the city .

The moment he realised we reported him , he escaped somewhere unknown and promised that he would come back for revenge " Eythor replied.

" so what happened to the Time machine? " I  implored " Another group of scientists known as tech vest agreed to continue the work of our parents in their honour.

They wanted us to volunteer for the mission and we agreed . We wanted to make our parents proud even if they aren't around anymore. " Eythor put on a faint sad smile and looked towards his hands .

" hm...I... I understand how you feel " I said while looking at Eythor " huh ? " Eythor raised his head upwards.

" I know how it feels to lose someone you love , besides you're even lucky to see them for a while.

My dad passed away when I was just 3 years old . I don't really remember my dad's appearance cause I was too small . I only looked at him through photos and stuff . Although I remember his voice . He used to tell me stories whenever I go to sleep , but the next day I climbed on my bed , I realised that something was missing.

It was that soft voice hissing besides my ears at night which drove me to sleep .mom came to my room that night and started patting my shoulders. " he's gone " she said , I turned around to look at mom and tears was filling her eyes .

" g...gone ? " I asked her " no more soft voices " she replied while giving me a hug . I didn't sleep at all that night for that voice was the only thing that helped me sleep tight " I told Eythor as I took out my phone and showed him my dad's photo .

It was a sad moment for both of us when " hey you two !! Why are mourning all of a sudden " Anakin came towards us.  " i..it's nothing " Eythor stood up from his seat and went to the computer screen.

Anakin sat on the couch and opened the TV . I whipped my small tears and started watching TV with Anakin .

We laughed and had fun until it was time for me to go home . I packed my materials and went outside waving goodbye to both Anakin and Eythor,  but Anakin insisted we walk towards my home together.

The weather was chilly and cold . I looked up at the clouds when a tiny piece of snow flakes landed on my head .

It started snowing and  getting colder . I turned around to look at Anakin and he was terrified of the snow . " what is this ?! " he started shooting laser towards the clouds " stop it ! You're gonna drag attention to us " I said while taking the gun from Anakins hands .

" W...why is the sky white and frigid !? " Anakin panicked "it's called snow , and why are you surprised? " I interrogated in confusion.

" I've never seen such a thing in 3029 . We learned about it in 5th grade when I was small , it's a historical legend " Anakin replied

" so you don't have snow in 3029 ? " I asked " nop !! But I'm very exited cause I saw it now " Anakin said while touching the snow .

The kids in our surrounding who were outside to play with the snow started looked at Anakin. I can't tell that they where terribly confused of Anakins actions . I started moving forwards leaving Anakin behind , but the snow filled the streets and our door steps quickly that we struggled to move . I was intimidated by the snow that I went towards Anakin and started playing with him .

The kids joined us and we build many snowmans . I was finally exhausted and stood up from my seat to go home when " chssh !! " someone threw a snow ball on my head . I turned around and spotted Anakin laughing at me . I bend to the floor and collected many snowballs by rolling the snow into shape of balls .

" splash !! " I threw a snowball on Anakin and he fell on the ground with his back . Me and the kids laughed a lot and that's how we started a snow fight.

1 hour later ......

We finished our snow fight and went home at last .

Anakin walked with me until we reached home and then he started walking towards the secret place.

I entered home and went upstairs to change my clothes and fix my hair , but I found a small key laying on the floor as I entered my room .

" huh ? I don't recall owning a small key "

I picked up the key and placed it on my shelf , I'll probably know why it's here later .
