One month later

Let me fill you guys in. Me and August found our house. We still staying in his old house until we finish fixing stuff. My dad got a little house for him and Kaila. She starts college next month. Chris and Asia been hanging out way more and I think they are dating but just hasn't said anything. Today I have nothing planned but going to the house and fixing up more stuff. I got up and brushed my teeth. Then I took a shower and washed my hair. I got out and put on shorts with a hoodie. I put my Nike slides on and grabbed my keys and phone. I walked downstairs and grabbed an apple juice out the fridge then left. My phone ringed and it was Kaila. I answered.

Lo LoVE💛: Wassup?

K Dawg💜: Can I come help you with the house today? I'm bored and August said you going over to the house.

Lo LoVE 💛: Yeah where ya at?

K Dawg💜: Chris house.

Lo LoVE💛: okay, August there too?

K Dawg💜: Yeah they making music. Him, Trey and Chris.

Lo LoVE💛: okay. I'm coming.

K Dawg💜: Bet

I hung up and drove to Chris's house. I pulled up and got out. I walked in and Kaila was laying on the couch on her phone. I jumped on her "Wassup." I said. "Wassup hoe." she said. We got up and walked into the studio "Wassup Boys." I said. "Love wassup." Trey said getting up to hug me. I hugged him back "Wassup." I hit Chris in the back of his head "Wassup big head." I said. "Don't get fucked up Lo." he said and I laughed. August just looked at him "Hi." I said dryly. He looked at me confused "Alright I'll let y'all finish making music." I said and walked out. August came after me and picked me up "Stop playing with me." he said and I laughed. He put me down "Hi Baby." I said and kissed him. "Wassup Beautiful." he said kissing me back. I smiled "After I leave here I'm going to come to the house. There's something I have to talk to you about." he said getting serious. "Good or Bad?" I asked. "It's bad but some good too if that makes sense." he said. I rolled my eyes "That doesn't but okay you know where i'll be." I said and walked away. He slapped my ass "Y'all nasty." Kaila said coming out the studio. We laughed "Let's go." I said and walked out the door with Kaila following. We got in the car and drove to my new house. We pulled up and I open the gate then pulled in. "Damn y'all got a gate. Y'all doing it big." Kaila said. This her first time being here since we brought it. We got out the car and walked inside. She looked around "This is so beautiful." she said. "Thank you." I said. "When do you think yall will be done?" she said. "Well I picked the furniture out already. Its being delivered this weekend and I'm still ordering stuff for the walls for the living room, kitchen and some of the guest bed rooms. All the bathrooms are done and our room is done. I just need to choose beds for the guest rooms and that's it." I said. "Can I help?" she asked. I laughed "of course." I said. She smiled. We both still been getting professional help and its been helping alot. We both smile more and try not to get mad at little things. Getting help also has been helping with me with August and letting go of my past relationship. But anyways we started moving stuff and unpacking stuff. Then we order beds and other stuff for the house. Then after we were done we went to the movie theater in the house and watch Princess and The Frog. This has been our favorite movie since it came out. Mid way through the movie Kaila fell asleep. I woke her up and told her to go in my room and lay down. I turned the movie off and went to the kitchen and started putting my new dishes away. August walked in and gave me a kiss. He then sat down at the island. "So wassup." I said. "My ex had text me on some bullshit saying she pregnant. She said the baby's dad don't want to be there and if I could help her. I blocked her on everything. She got a new number and hit me up saying the baby is mine and she going to go on social media. But the thing is when I blocked her other number I didn't keep the messages. So I don't have her saying the baby is not mines." he said. I was pissed tf off right now "August what the fuck?! Why didn't you tell me?" I said. "I know and I'm sorry. I thought I could handle it but blocking her just mad her more mad. But I just wanted to talk to you before she do some crazy shit." he said. "Listen. I'm learning to trust you but keeping something like this away from me is not helping." I said. "I know, I'm sorry mama." he said. He knows him saying mama is my weakness. I rolled my eyes "Okay so when did she first text you?" I asked. "Like 2 weeks ago. Then she text me 2 days ago saying the baby mines and she going to tell the world." he said. "Okay so we just let her tell people and when the baby born your getting a DNA to show her and everyone that the kid is not yours. Yeah people going to talk they shit but they don't know the truth. We do and that's all that matters." I said. He nodded "I'm sorry I'm stressing you out. I know this is not what you need right now." he said. I smiled and walked over to him "Listen, look around. We are in our very first home together. I am happy right now. The happiest I have ever been. Little shit like this is not going to make me depressed or nothing like that. Your here with me and we good. When there is a problem no matter how mad it makes the other person we going to talk about it till we come to a solution." I said then kissed him "I love your little ass so much." he said and kissed me back. I smiled "Little ass?! Don't try me" I said and he laughed. We talked for the rest of the night then went into the movie theater and watched a movie till we fell asleep.
