3 months later ...

"August I'm about to fuck you up." I said laying on the couch. "You could of got up and got this." he said bring me ice cream and a spoon. "I'm fat and pregnant. Which means I'm super lazy." I said. He rolled his eyes and I laughed "But thank you big head." I said smiling. "So you ready to find out what we having?" he asked me rubbing my stomach. "Hell yeah so I can start buying clothes and do the baby room. I really think we having a baby girl and I'm so scared." I said. "You always wanted a girl and you know you still want one. I want a baby girl because I know she going to grow up to be just like you and I love the idea of that." August said smiling. "Team girl." I said. "Team girl." he said. Today we go to the doctor to found out what we having but Kaila is going to get the envelope and plan the gender reveal for this weekend. But before we get there let me catch y'all up. So Kaila started college and my dad been traveling with Chris to all his events. Kaila stays on campus and Chris brought her a car. She still over here almost everyday or anytime she free. Kelly always over here too. We no longer fuck with Asia but she been posting about a new boo on IG. August ex been posting on her IG pictures of her belly and how excited she is to have the baby. She having a boy and she still claiming its August baby. She still got 3 more months so we waiting patiently but I'm ready for her to pop already. Kelly and Chris are dating now. That's a long story on how that happened but to shorten it up. After Asia did what she did at the surprise party, Chris told her he couldn't deal with her no more. Kelly was there when he needed someone to talk to not just about Asia but about my mom and his baby. So one thing led to another and boom in a relationship. Also Chris babymomma is due any day now with a baby girl. She comes around me now. We talk about the babies and go get our nails. My abuela and abuelo are moving here soon once they finish packing up the old house. They already have a house here to move in to they just got to finish back home and then come back. August's mom is moving here too so she can be here for the baby. My store has been doing amazing. I started the online store last month and now I'm making way more money. Once I have the baby, I'm going to open more stores in big cities and started my online website.

Anyways back to today..... I got up and went to take a shower. I washed my hair and got out. I dried off and put on my underwear and bra. I brushed my teeth and dried my hair. I put it in a messy bun and walked into the closet. I put on basketball shorts with a crop top and Nike slides. I grabbed my phone and keys then went downstairs. August was out back smoking "Let me get a hit." I said and he looked at me. I started laughing "Calm down I'm just kidding." I said. He put it out "Let's go ugly." he got up and walked through the house. "Fuck you." I said laughing. I followed him to the car and we got in. We pulled off to the doctor "In 2 days we find out what we having." he said. "I can't believe I'm going to be a mom in 4 months." I said smiling rubbing my belly. Then I felt a kick and I grabbed August's free hand. I put it on my stomach and let him feel the kicks. He smiled "That's my baby girl in there." he said and I felt another big kick. "Maybe not." I said and we laughed. August's phone starts ringing and the name pops up on the dashboard. His ex. He answers and its Bluetooth to the car so I can here it.

August: Wassup

Nia: Something wrong. I'm in a lot of pain and I'm bleeding. I didn't know who else to call.

August: Ight bruh. I'm on my way.

Nia: okay.

He hangs up and signs really loud "Calm down August. It's okay. Just drop me off and I'll have Kaila take me back home." I said. "She could of called somebody else." he said. I kissed his cheek "It's okay, I'm not mad." I said. "How did I get lucky with someone like you?" he said smiling. "You know I ask myself the same thing all the time." I said and laughed. "Stop playing with me Lo." he said. He pulled up to the doctors and Kaila was standing at the door. "Let me know wassup." I said and he nodded. I kissed him and got out. He pulled off "Where he going?" Kaila asked as we walked in. "His ex called saying she was hurting and bleeding." I said. Kaila looked at me "And he was the only person she could call." she said. I laughed "I guess so. But it's cool. He seen the baby before so it's not like he missing anything." I said. She nodded. I signed in and then we waited. "Lourdes Lopez." the nurse said. We got up and followed the nurse. We walked in the room "The doctor will be in here soon." she said and walked out. Then after awhile the doctor walked in "Hey Love." she said. "Wassup Doc." I said smiling. "So we finding out the gender today?" she asked. "Can you put it in a envelope and give it to my sister?" I asked. "Of course." she said putting her gloves on. "Lets check and see how the little pumpkin doing." she said put the clear liquid stuff on my stomach. "Is it cold?" Kaila asked me. "I got so used to it now but yes it is." I said.

This is Kaila first time seeing the baby besides in the pictures I gave her. The baby popped up on the screen "Awww look at auntie's baby." she said. We both looked and smiled "Mommy would be so proud Lo." Kaila said. A tear fell from my eye "Yeah she would." I said and then looked at Kaila. She was crying "I can't wait to meet you." she said to my belly. I smiled "We are almost there. Keep going and being stress free." the doctor said. "I got you doc." I said. She wiped the stuff off my stomach "I'll get you that envelope." The doctor said to Kaila. "I'll wait outside. I need to call August." I said and walked out. I called August and he didn't answer. I got emotional and started crying. Sometimes I hate being pregnant cause I get so emotional for no reason. Kaila comes out "Lo what happen?" she asked. "I called August and he didn't answer." I said. She looked at me and started laughing "Them hormones kicking your ass right now." she said. "It's not funny." I said laughing but still crying. We got in the car and drove to my house. We got out and went inside "Try calling him again." Kaila said. "No, I'll wait till he calls me back because I'll start crying again if he doesn't answer." I said and sat on the couch. "Well I got class and planning to do. So I'll be back later. I love you crybaby." she said and hugged me. "I love you too." I said and she left. I laid on the couch and waited for August to call me back but then I fell asleep.
