I woke up and the house was quiet. I got up and walked into the living room. Chris was sitting on the couch "Where everybody at?" I asked sitting next to him. "They went with dad to the store. He said he going to move with us but he going to come next month." Chris said. "Oh okay. So when you going home?" I asked him. "Tomorrow and so are you."he said. I looked at him "I got people who want to help you do your fashion line and open your store. They want to meet with you in 2 days." he said. I got excited "Are you forreal?" I said. "Yes they called me this morning." he said. "omg." I jumped up. My phone started ringing in the room. I went to go get it. It was August calling me on facetime. I answered.

August💕: wassup babygirl

Babygirl🥵: I just got the best news. Theses people hit Chris up and want to help me do my fashion line and open my own store.

August💕:Damn that crazy. I'm happy for you.

Babygirl🥵: Thank you but wassup

August💕: I was just checking on you. You good?

Babygirl🥵: Yeah, I'm fine.

August💕: Okay, just making sure.

Babygirl🥵: What you up to?

August💕: Nothing about to take a nap before this show tonight. I just wanted to call you before.

Babygirl🥵: Okay, well I'm fine so you can take your nap and hit me later

August💕: okay.

Babygirl🥵: talk to you later.

August💕: Alright.

I hung up and went back out to the living room. I sat down next to Chris "This is so crazy. I'm about to be making bank." I said smiling. "You know this momma doing right?" he said. I touched my necklace and smiled "Yeahh I know." I said then kissed the necklace. Kaila came into the living "Wassup losers." she said sitting in between us. "Who you talking to like that?" Chris said pushing her. "You and Lo." she said. Me and Chris looked at each other and started beating her up. "Dad they jumping me." Kaila said. "Jokes on you he left." I said holding her while Chris hit her. The door opens and my dad runs to pick me up. He throws me on the other couch and starts tickling me "Okay papa, you win." I said laughing so hard. We all stopped "I could hear Nessa now. Why are y'all playing on my furniture." Abuela says walking in with Abuelo following.

We all laughed and the remote hits the floor. We all looked "Oh hell nah. It's time to go." Kaila said. "Yeah I agree. Momma don't be playing with us like this." I said. We all chilled together since me and Chris will be heading back to Cali tomorrow. Kaila going to stay with my dad and come to Cali when he does.
Next Day
Me and Chris said our goodbyes and left back to Cali. When we landed, we went straight to Chris house. I went and laid down in my room. I took a nap. I later woke up to yelling so I went downstairs. Chris was arguing with someone but I couldn't see because the door was covering them. "Chris who is that?" I said coming down the stairs. "I thought she wasn't here." I knew that voice. I looked out the door. Kevin. "What do you want?" I said. "Can we talk without your brother?" he said. I rolled my eyes and looked at Chris. "Hell nah Lo." Chris said. "We will just be out front." I said. "No Lo. If August was here he wouldn't let you either." Chris said. "Chris 5 mins that's all I'm asking for." I said. "3 mins and I'm counting." He said and sat on the couch. I laughed and walked out the door. "Why are you here?" I said. "Listen, I realized what I did and how much I hurt you. I just wanted to say sorry. I see your happy and just want you to make all your dreams come true. I also want to say sorry from keeping you from your mother. I know you blame me for that and I am really sorry. You always told me how close your guys were." Kevin said. I held back my tears "Its not all your fault. I allowed myself to stay and get treated that way. I knew how much my mother meant to me and I still stayed with you but its because I was scared to be alone. Don't get me wrong I still am but I'm working on myself so If August was to walk out my life right now. Ill be good by myself. Thank you for apologizing but don't think I'm forgiving you for you its because I need to move on with my life. I can't do that holding hate against you. So thank you now I don't want to see you around here no more." I said and Chris open the door. "Time's up" he said and pulled me inside then closed the door. He looked at me and smile. I smiled back but then started crying "Don't cry Lo" he pulled me into a hug. "I miss her." I said hugging him. He rubbed my back "I do too. But its going to get easier. As long as we got each other that's all that matter. I love you." he said. "I love you too baba" I said through my tears. We just stood there holding each other for a little bit. "How about a movie night with all our favorite snacks, drinks and pizza?" Chris said with a smile on his face. I wiped my face and smiled "yes im down." I said. We went to the store and got our favorite snacks and drinks then went to pick the pizza up. We got back to the house and just watched movies all night till Chris fell asleep laying on me. I kissed his forehead "I love you more than life its self." then I fell asleep.
