I ran outside "August baby talk to me." I cried. He was spitting out blood "They....shot....me" he said struggling. "Did you call 911?" My dad said. I shook my head and dialed the number.

911: 911 What's your emergency

Me: my... boyfriend...was....shot (crying hard)

911:Ma'am what happen?

Me: I...don't....know

911: Ma'am I need to know what happen and if anyone there is armed.

Me: HE IS DYING SEND HELP. (I yelled)

My dad took the phone and talked to the lady. I just held his head up and his mom had his hand. "August your going to be okay. I'm not losing another of my son to gun violence. I'm not so I need you to fight. You have a baby on the way, you have AJ that's going to need you and a soon to be wife. Don't forget your nieces. How am I suppose to tell them this after losing there mom. Don't do this to me. I need you to fight and be strong for us baby please." his mom said.

"I... Love...You." August said still struggling and then his eyes slowly started to fall. "NOO OPEN YOUR EYES BABY." His mom yelled. I just held his head and rocked him while I cried. "I love you too baby." I said and kissed his head. I kept rocking him until help arrived. They too him to the hospital. I let his mom ride with him and we all meet her at the hospital.

I walked back in and had all his blood on me. "Love take a shower before you go to the hospital." Chris said. I jus started crying again and Chris pulled me into a hug "Love he is going to be okay. He is a fighter but not only that he not trying to leave you and the kids by yourself. Go take a shower and we will go see what's going on with him." Chris said holding me. I let him go and went to take a shower. The whole time I cried and thought about my life raising my kids without him. This is so terrible. Then a rage came over me "I'm going to kill that bitch." I said to myself.

I got out and dried off. I put on black tights with a black hoodie and my black high top vans. I braided my hair into two French braids. I went downstairs "I'm ready." I said and grabbed my keys to my car. We all left and head to the hospital. When we walked in Mama Sheila was sitting in the chair crying. I walked over to her "What's going on?" I asked. "He's in surgery. That's all they know right now." she said. I started to get hot "Love sit down. I'm going to grab you some water." Chris said. I sat down and we waited for August to get out surgery.

2 hours later

"How long does it take to remove a bullet." I said getting up walking back and forth. "The family of August Alsina." the doctor said. We walked over to him "He is okay?" Mama Sheila asked. "The bullets hit one of his lungs. As of right now he can't breathe on his own but while we were in surgery he had a seizure and fell into a coma." the doctor said. "Bullets? Like more than one?" I said. "He had 4 in his body and 2 hit his lung." he said. "Can we see him?" Mama Sheila asked. "Only Mom and Wife right now." the doctor said.

Me and Mama Sheila followed the doctor to his room. He had tubes all around and through him. I just started crying seeing him like that. I sat next to him and grabbed his hand "Hi baby, I'm here." I said through my tears. "Listen I need you to wake up because you can't leave me alone with our kids in a big house. Our kids are going to need you. I need you now. Keep fighting for me baby and just know I'm going to get that bitch. I love you and I'll be back later." I said and kissed his forehead. He started shaking and the monitor went off.

The doctors came resting in "We need you guys to go back out to the waiting room." One said to me and Mama Sheila. We walked out "Love please leave this to your brother. I don't need August waking up and then I have to tell him something happened to you or that baby." Mama Sheila said. "I have to handle this." I said and walked out the hospital. I got to my car and got in then my passenger door open and the back door did too.

It was Chris and Kelly "We not letting you do this alone." Chris said. I smiled and pulled off. We pulled up to Asia house and went to the door. I knocked on the door and she open it "What a surprise" she said and started laughing. I punched her and pull out a gun "LOVE" Kelly yelled. "Lo you don't want to do this. You have kids and a life. Give me the gun." Chris said. "This bitch ruined my life. She trying to take everything away from me. I have to do this for me, my kids and August. I can't let her get away with this." I said. "Yeah , I'm behind everything. Shooting Kelly's ass, blowing up your store and killing August." she said laughing.

I pistol whipped her "Shut up bitch." I said. "Love give me the gun please." Chris said trying to grab the gun. Next thing I know, Kelly took the gun and shot Asia in her leg "This is your warning, next time its going to be in the head." she said and walked to the car. "YOU FUCKING BITCH." Asia yelled. I walked back to the car and got in. A car pulled up next to me and my bodyguard got out. He walked over to Chris and then Chris walked to the car and got in. I heard two more gun shots "Problem solved." Kelly said. "Lets go." Chris said. We pulled off and went back to the hospital.

We walked in and sat down. Mama Sheila grabbed my hand "Its going to be okay." she said. I squeezed her hand to fight my tears. After what seemed like forever the doctor came out. We jumped up "Is he okay?" I asked. "He is still in a coma and not able to breathe on his own. But we see lots of brain activity so he trying to wake." the doctor said. "So what do we do? Just wait til he wakes up?" I said. "Thats there is too do." the doctor said. "This is bullshit." I said and walked outside.

I sat down on the bench and closed my eyes "God, please don't take him away from me. I need him. I finally got to a happy place in my life and now everything is going down hill. I beg of you to wake August up. I beg that you make me stress free and to delivering a healthy baby. I beg you give me the strength to raise 2 kids so close in age. Please Lord, Amen."

I opened my eyes and a tear fell. Kaila came outside "Where did you guys go?" she asked. I looked at her "Asia's house." I said. "What did you do?" she said. I looked at her with tears coming down my face "I almost killed her. I had the gun pointed to her face ready to end her life so mines could come back together. She been my best friend for some years now but I was ready to take her life easily." I said realizing she really gone. "Lo what did you do?" Kaila kept asking me. "I didn't kill her but I let her get killed. I didn't do nothing but get in the car and drive off. Yeah she did some fucked up shit but killing people is not right." I said still crying.

"Lo I just think your very emotional right now and don't know where you want to direct your feelings. I think you should go home and rest. All this crying isn't good for the baby." Kaila said. I wiped my face and nodded "Call me if anything happens or changes." I said getting up. I got in my car and drove home. I got out and went straight to my room. I lay down and cried myself to sleep.
