Next Morning

I woke up to baby AJ making little cute noises. "How long have you been awake little man." I said playing with his little hand. August walked in "He woke you up?" he said in his towel. "No. I just woke up and he was awake." I said. "I was going to get him after I got out the shower." he said getting dressed. "It's cool. I'm about to make him a bottle." I said getting up. "What you got to do today?" August asked. "Um I was going to stop by the store and then go see your mom. She wants to see him." I said standing in the door way.

"Okay I'll be at the studio and then I have a meeting with my manager." he said. "Okay sounds good." I said and went downstairs. I made his bottle and went back upstairs. August was holding him "Can you feed him and then put clothes on him while I take a shower?" I asked August. "of course." he said taking the bottle. I hopped in the shower real quick. I got out and dried off. I put on my bra and panties then brushed my teeth. I did a slick back bun and did a natural look with my makeup. I walked into the closet and put on a black bodycon dress with some old skool vans. I put my ankle bracelets on both ankles and my necklace August brought me with his name on it.

I walked back into the room and August had AJ in the car seat and his baby bag ready. "I put bottles in there and extra clothes." he said. I smiled "Thank you baby." I said and kissed him. "Alright let's go." I said going to pick up the car seat. "Um no. I got him, you get the bag." August said picking the car seat up. I laughed "I'm going to have to pick him up when I get out the car." I said as we walked downstairs and out the door to the car. "And this is the only day because after day after today I will be going where ever you go. I also put the stroller in the truck." he said. I smiled and got in my car.

August put AJ in the car and made sure he was strapped in. He close the door then came to my window "I love you beautiful. Be safe." he said then kissed me. "I love you too August." I said kissing him back then pulled off. I pulled up to my store and got out. I pulled out the stroller and put AJ car seat in it. I locked my truck then walked in the store. I seen Kelly right away "My bestie is here." she said. I smiled "Wassup Kel." I said. "Let me see him." she said.

She looked in the car seat "He sleep so peaceful." she said rubbing his little hands. I smiled "So how's business today?" I asked as we walked to the back. "Good we need a lot of stuff restocked." she said. "A truck should be coming Thursday with restock and some new stuff Kaila designed." I said. "Okay and Asia also still been coming to work. She shows up late and leaves when she wants. Her friends came in and she gave them a discount and didn't ring up some stuff. I didn't want to tell you because of you being pregnant and no stress but I don't know what to do with her." Kelly said.

I rolled my eyes "When is her next shift?" I asked. "Right now. She was suppose to be here 2 hours ago." Kelly said. Then walks in Kaila and Asia right behind her "Asia you was suppose to be here 2 hours ago." I said. "Okay but I'm here now." she said and walked past us. She stopped and turned around "Oh and you are a crazy bitch for taking in someone else baby." she said and then kept walking. Kaila looked at me and then went after her. Kaila started beating her ass "Kelly stop her." I semi-yelled.

Kelly pulled Kaila off Asia "Asia your fired and you or anybody you know is not allowed in my store." I said. "Fuck you I don't need this shit." she said and walked out the door. "I am so sorry everyone. I will give everybody 50% discount today." I said and then walk out the store holding my stomach. Kaila and Kelly follow me "You good?" Kelly said. "Kaila you shouldn't have did that in the store. I know its coming from a good place but not in the store." I said trying to calm down. "I know and I'm sorry but I'm so sick and tired of her." Kaila said. "Me too trust me." I said still holding my stomach.

"Okay take deep breaths and calm down." Kelly said. "You good?" Kaila said. "Yeah I'm fine just a little pain." I said. I went to go grab AJ car seat and bend over "Ouch ouch ouch." I said slowing bending over. Kaila and Kelly both ran over to me "Lo we need to get you to the hospital." Kelly said. "I'm fine. I just need to lay down." I said. Kaila put AJ in the car and the stroller in the truck. "I follow her." Kaila said. "Okay let me know." Kelly said and went back in the store.

I got in the car and drove to August old house. I get out the car and grabbed the car seat and the baby bag. Kaila comes behind me and grabs the car seat "I got him." she said and we walk up to the door. I knocked on the door and she open the door quick. "Hello my babies." she said hugging me. We walked in and I sat on the couch. Kaila sat next to me and took AJ out the car seat. "Let me wash my hands and then I'll grab him." Mama Sheila said. "Lo I think you need to go to the hospital." Kaila said. "No. I'm fine." I snapped and then Mama Sheila came back.

She took AJ from Kaila. "Well I'm going to leave. I told me dad I would come see him and spend sometime." Kaila said getting up. "Tell him I said hi." Mama Sheila said. "I will." Kaila said then left. I rolled my eyes and then closed them because of the pain. "I agree with your sister. Even if its nothing I think you need to get it checked out." Mama Sheila said. "I don't want to leave AJ." I said. "I promise you, I got him. Go and make sure you are good. You have to remember he is not your only baby. You still baking one." she said.

I sighed and got up "I'll be back as soon as I'm done." I said. "I'll be here." she said rocking him. I left and drove myself to the hospital. I walked in and checked myself in. They put me in a room and I waited for the doctor. Then came August rushing in "You okay? What happen? Where's AJ? Its the baby okay?" he said. "August calm down. I'm waiting to hear back from the doctor and AJ with your mom. I got a pain in my stomach and came here to see what's going on." I said.

Then in walked the doctor "Good news it was just your stress levels. They went up pretty high but the baby is okay. But I can't promise if that happens again your baby will be okay. We went 5 months no stress. We can make it 4 more. You got this." the doctor said. I nodded "I haven't really been going out. Today was my first day and something happen." I said. "I think it might be best to stay away from things like today." he said. "I got you." I said. "Okay well if you have no questions your good to go." he said and walked out.

"What happen today?" August said as he helped me get up. "Kaila and Asia fought at the store because Asia called me a crazy bitch for taking in AJ." I said as we walked out. "Do you believe her?" August said. "No matter what anybody thinks say or feel about this I'm not changing my mind about keeping AJ. He is staying with us and that's that." I semi-yelled then got in my truck and drove to the beach. I just need a breather right now. I just sat on the sand and watched the water. I started thinking about how complicated my life has gotten. I then stared crying.

I love AJ with all my whole and I only had him for almost 2 days. Then since I been pregnant I haven't been able to work at my store or even visit it much. I can do anything but because of the risk of my stress levels going up and losing my baby. I'm trying so hard not to stress but like how do you not stress in this situation. I sat there for a hour then decided to go get AJ and go home. When I pulled up to Mama Sheila house it looked like she was sleep. So I called August maybe he already came and got him.

Lo💗: Did you get AJ from your mom?

I hung up and drove home. I got out the car and went into the house. I took a deep breath and went upstairs. August was in AJ's room rocking him to sleep. "You gave him a bath and fed him already?" I asked. He nodded without taking his eyes off the baby. "Listen August-" he cut me off. "Not now, I'm putting him to sleep." he said still not looking at me. I rolled my eyes and walked into the room. I took of my clothes and put on a long shirt. I put socks and took my hair out. I grabbed a blanket out the closet and went downstairs.

I grabbed some ice cream and turned the tv on. I heard August walk in our room and then come down the stairs. "What you doing?" he asked. "Watch tv and eating ice cream." I said with a little attitude. "Listen, I'm not about to do this with you." he said about to walk out the door. "Run like the little boy you are." I said. "Don't wait up I wouldn't be coming home tonight." he said walking out and then slapping the door. Then I heard AJ crying "Fucking bitch." I said then got up. I went and picked up AJ "Its okay, I got you." I said holding him. I went back downstairs and turned the tv off then put my ice cream away. I went back to my room and put AJ back to sleep then I fell alseep shortly after him.
