Hey guys, I'm gonna try this chapter in third person POV just to see if it's better writing like that since I'm always switching between two point of views. Anyway I'd like to know what you guys think xx

"Are you sure it was the same one?"

"I mean there weren't any other coyote dens nearby, so I'm gonna take an educated guess and say 'yes'." Sabrina retorted and Lexie shook her head on the other end of the line. The two best friends were on other sides of town. Sabrina making her way home after coming face to face with whom she believes to be the missing 9 year old - Malia. And Lexie was in bed trying to get some sleep. "And I think the coyote we saw tonight was the same one you saw."

"And you think it's Malia." at the thought of this, Lexie raised her eyebrow questioningly in the dark.

"Is there anything in the Bestiary about this, I mean could she have turned into a coyote."

Lexie sighed and turned on her bedside lamp before rummaging in the drawers of the nightstand and stumbling upon her makeshift version of the bestiary. It wasn't completely finished, she knew she'd have to add more when more supernatural beings showed up, but for now, it was informative enough. "Yeah, a werecoyote."

"Okay that sounds pretty made up." Sabrina laughed dryly, hesitation within her voice.

"What doesn't nowadays? But no, if you thinks it's Malia then yeah she could've lost control in the car and shifted. Besides werecoyotes have the ability to fully transform, if she was young she wouldn't have power over it, so it makes sense she can't turn back."

"Do you know how we could turn her back?"

"I could take a look in the Bestiary," she looked down at the pages and sticky notes sticking out of the notebook. Inside were drawings, notes, descriptions and color coded pages. Different colors for different things. She also used them to determine whether the pack had encountered them yet or not.

"Okay, well I'll see you tomorrow."

"Sure, bye." she ended the call and dropped her phone onto her sheets before flicking through the pages and coming across 'werecoyote'. Lexie smiled at the sketch she had drawn, she knew it wasn't accurate since never once had she encountered a werecoyote. But she had encountered a real coyote, possibly even Malia.

She traced her finger over the deep blue eyes she had recently added to the sketch. It's like she was hypnotised by them. But soon enough, a knock at her bedroom door, broke her out of whatever state she was in.

When she spotted Stiles in the doorway, she smiled. Of course she knew it was late, but Stiles had been sleepwalking a lot, in fact she wouldn't be surprised if he was asleep right now. "Hey, you okay?"

"Yeah, I just...I can't sleep." he guiltily stood by the door, thinking he had awoken her from her beauty sleep or something, but his worries dissipated when a smile spread across her face.

"Come here." she pulled back the sheets and made room for the sleep-derived boy. Lexie leaned back against her pillows and cradled him in her arms so his face was firmly pressed against her collarbone.

Stiles took in a deep breath and closed his eyes settling into the embrace. She smiled to herself, dimming the light beside her and quietly scanning the contents of the bestiary. Just when she thought he had drifted into a sleep, he spoke, "I don't want you to not tell me things."

"What?"

"Sabrina, she-she said you got a few memories back." he lifted his head, meeting her eyes and giving her a weak smile. "I don't want you to think you can't talk to me about it. I know I'm pretty out of it at the minute, but-"
