Sabrina jolted awake by the sound of her phone clattering to the ground. She blinked in the darkness and realised she had fallen asleep on top of her homework. She wasn't tired, how did she fall asleep? The girl stumbled off her bed and to the light switch, she flicked it on but nothing happened. Once she turned it on and off she realised the power was out.

"Great," she whispered to herself before reaching for her phone on the floor and turning on her flashlight but then she caught sight of her notifications. At least 10 missed calls from Lexie, as well as 25 texts. Her eyes widened, but then a new text came in...from Argent.

She cursed to herself, who should she go to? But then another text from Lexie came in, saying they were at the police station, so she hoped they were okay and decided to head to the Argent's apartment. Whatever it was, it must've been important because it's not like Chris Argent just sent her casual messages.

Sabrina made her way out of her dark house and ran as fast as she could to the apartment complex. On the way, she scanned through the messages, seeing that she had missed the fact Kira was the one who taken by Barrow. And that now he was dead? It was slightly confusing. But she ignored it and ran faster.

Once she reached their front door, she just pushed it open and walked in, spotting the two Argents banging against Allison's bedroom door. "You needed me to break down a door? Really?"

"It's Isaac." As soon as Sabrina heard her best friend's name, she pushed them both aside and slammed her foot against the wood and the door knob. It caused the boards to splinter slightly before it swung open with a bang. She pushed herself forward into the room and spotted him laying there shivering.

Papers of the bestiary were scattered around, across the bed and on the floor. "Isasc!" she ran to his side and Allison and Argent followed. Sabrina placed her hands on his face as he struggled and Allison felt his arms before pulling away. The two girls looked at each other before turning to Allison's father. "He's freezing. Dad, he's like ice."

Sabrina grabbed his face in her hands and swallowed back the lump in her throat. "Isaac, look at me. Isaac."

"What's happening to him?" Allison asked her father as Sabrina glanced back as well. Trying to figure out what to do to get him out of the state he was in.

"He has to turn." and with that, the Alpha took the lead and grabbed the fabric of Isaac's shirt before lifting him closer towards her.

"Isaac, look at me. You need to turn. Come on. Turn!" she then balled her hand into a fist and swung down punching him in the face. It didn't work. "Isaac!" she tried again and again but she was getting nothing. So she leaned towards him, his collar still in her hands and she let out a howl, trying to get him to shift.

Then he pushed her away and she saw his eyes glow that deep golden. She sighed in relief before getting to her feet and checking that she had even more text messages. Mostly from Lexie but some from Scott. Her dad was interrogating them. Perfect. "Okay, um...I have to go. Can you make sure he's okay?"

She was breathless as she looked across at a whimpering Isaac, the last thing she wanted to do was leave him but her brother needed her. "Yeah, yeah we'll be fine." Allison smiled reassuringly, and with that the Alpha left her beta to go find her brother. Whatever happened at the power station was a mystery and she needed answers.

"Dad?" Sabrina walked into the Sheriff's station, immediately spotting her friends clamber out of the office, being led by none other than her father, her piece of shit father. Scott eyed her carefully, his hands clasped in his pockets which she took as a signal to stay quiet, but did she listen...no.
