The three teens stood in the McCall's living room, Lexie was pacing the space after hearing the twins' idea. Sabrina was biting her nails, racked with fear over what happened with Isaac, she was gonna head straight back there once they had convinced Lexie this was the best idea. Stiles or 'the nogitsune' disappeared only a few hours ago and the police have been out looking for him. Yet, no luck. "Lexie, this is the only option."

At the sound of Scott's concerned voice, Lexie just let out a laugh and shook her head. "Bullshit! I mean why are we taking this threat seriously? He said last, right? So there's gotta be more."

"He also said he was gonna start with you." Sabrina pointed out which just made her best friend roll her eyes and come to a stop in front of the two Alphas.

"Yeah well Stiles has disappeared, we have no idea if he's gonna appear to just kill me."

"Well I don't want to take that risk." Scott announced determinedly as the girl just shrugged, finding the idea of returning to a literal hell, ridiculous.

"I don't care."

Sabrina sighed, placing her head in her hands. "Lexie-"

"No! I don't want to go back to that place again." she yelled, her voice practically shaking the house.

"I know, I know but-but we think it's the only way you'll be safe."

"What? Being locked up, chained, tortured?" her tone was sarcastic, but she had a serious expression written across her face. Sabrina knew it would be the worst thing in the world for her, but she also knew that being killed by Stiles was even worse.

"Just until we can make sure he won't hurt you."

"Oh my god!" Lexie laughed, tearing at her hair because she was just so angry with them, so angry at the fact they didn't realise how traumatic it would be going back there. "Stop treating me like some defenseless kid! I stopped being a kid the day they sent me down there to die. I refuse to go back."

Sabrina stood up and took in a deep breath, approaching her best friend and trying to calm her down."Lexie we are just trying to protect you."

"You of all people should know how much damage that place has done to me. I told you the night I escaped that I can't go back there, and now I'm telling you the same thing months after. Whether it's now or in the next five years, I'm never gonna be able to go back. I physically can't do it." she crumbled and sniffed back tears as she perched on the edge of the coffee table.

Scott got up and kneeled in front of her, taking her hand in his."Hey, Lexie...please. Don't do this for you. Do this for Stiles. If he finds out that he hurt you, or killed you. He wouldn't be able to live with himself. Please." the girl sighed in defeat. She knew he was right. She also knew that nothing ever got in or out of Eichen house. So at least she'd be safe from him, just not safe from the monsters inside.

Lexie looked between her two friends, "You realise that if I go back there I'm gonna snap one day...right?"

Sabrina let out a small laugh and shrugged, reaching a hand out to pull her friend to her feet. "Whatever, control is overrated."

"Fine, I'll do it. I'll have myself readmitted to Eichen House."

"How?" Scott asked curiously as the girl grabbed her bag from the couch and headed to the door.

"I'll find a way." she glanced back and saw the guilt across their faces, knowing they were about to put her through a second version of hell. Her hand rested on the doorknob before letting go and addressing their pitiful faces. "Look, it's okay. I'll survive. Somehow I always do."
