Chapter 24

 Bella's P.O.V

After I showered, I put on some clothes. I put on a pair of jeans and a short sleeve blue Henley top. After I did that, I walked over to my phone to see if I got any missed calls. I picked it up and saw a message from Jacob.

Jacob- Hey babe, I'm coming to see you in a couple of hours I have to tell you something.

I- OK, I can't wait to see you when you get here.

Jacob- Me too.

I- I love you.

Jacob- Love you, too.

I put my phone back down and looked up at the mirror. I walked over to it and looked at my stomach. Could I really be pregnant? If I was, I'm scared and happy at the same time. Suddenly, I saw the door open and who walked in was Kendra.

"Hey here's a bag of two pregnancy tests just in case one test could be wrong." Kendra said.

"OK, thanks." I said.

I took the bag and walked into the bathroom and took the test. Two minutes later, I looked at both pregnancy tests and I saw positive on both. My eyes widened and I walked out of the bathroom to see Kendra on her bed. She looked at me waiting for a response.

"So..." Kendra asked.

"It's positive for both." I said sitting down beside her.

"Congrats."

She hugged me.

"Are you going to keep it?" Kendra asked.

"Yeah, I think so." I replied.

"Are you going to tell him?"

"Yeah, he will be here in a couple of hours."

"Well, he will be so happy."

"I know he always wanted to have a baby."

"Well, congrats again."

"Thanks."

I gave her a hug and she hugged me back. She pulled away.

"Well. I'm going to get something to eat. Do you want to go with me?" Kendra asked.

"Sure." I replied.

I got up and put on my shoes and I grabbed my purse. We headed out of the room and downstairs and out the door. We headed out to her car and went to a deli sandwich restaurant. As we got there, I ordered a turkey sandwich with fruit since now I got to feed my baby healthy. We sat down at a table.

"So why do you think he's coming back so soon?" Kendra asked.

"I don't know." I replied.

"What if he's coming to propose to you."

"You think that?"

"Yeah, who would come back from miles away after seeing you like two hours ago."

"Yeah."

We finished eating and we headed back to our dorm. As we pulled into the parking lot, I thought about what she said. Is he really going to propose to me? If he was and if I say yes, I would give up this and my career unless I tried school back home. We got out of the car and I headed up to my dorm. As I walked, I saw Jacob standing by the door. A smile came on my face as I saw him lift his head and looked at me. As I looked at his face, I didn't see the face I always saw when I see him. He has a pained look on his face. My face went from happy to graved. I walked over to him and wrapped my arms around him and he wrapped his arms around me.
