Bella's P.O.V

I pulled him into the room and pushed him against the wall kissing him roughly. I moved my body to him pressing against him against the wall. I moved my hands to the back of his hair and kissed him passionately. Suddenly Jacob moved his hands without trouble to each side of my waist and pushed me gently away from him.

"Wh... what are you doing?" Jacob asked breaking the kiss.

"I'm kissing you." I replied trying to kiss him again but he moved his face away from mine.

"No this.... why are you trying to rush through this, you know we can't play hard like this?"

"Why not?"

"You know why?"

I knew what he meant that he was a freaking alpha wolf now ever since he took the throne and that he cannot have real sex with me anymore. I was upset and I looked at his face and he had a black expression on his face telling me that he was not happy now. I moved my hands away from his face down to his chest.

"I understand all you want is just to play with me nothing else you don't want real sex with me." I said feeling guilty.

I dropped my hands, walked away from him, and walked to the other side of the room.

"That's not true Bella I really want it too it's just I can't." Jacob said walking over to me and turning me around.

"Why not give one reason?"

"Because... because I don't want to hurt you."

"Jacob you won't hurt me I told you this a million times."

"I know but this is different, so how would you know?"

"Because I know you and you're a strong man and I know you can do it. I trust you with my heart."

"I know but..."

"But what?"

"But... what if you're not strong enough? I want nothing to happen to you."

I said nothing. I knew I was not as strong as Jacob. I knew that I may not do it but I can be a strong human. I just had to believe in myself and he just needed to as well. He walked over to the bed and sat down with his hands on his face. I walked over to him and sat on my knees in front of him.

"Jacob..." I said.

He said nothing.

"Jacob please you just have to believe in yourself."

He still said nothing, but I knew he was listening because I heard him sigh. I moved closer to him and moved his hands away from his face. I then touched his face. He looked up at me. He had a pained look on his face. I had never seen him like this before.

"I have never seen you like this you're not even yourself anymore. Not that I don't like it." I said.

"You like this sadness?" Jacob asked.

"No, I just haven't seen your inner self for so long it's like you, not a werewolf anymore and you're yourself again before you even became a werewolf."

"Oh."

Even though I wanted to do this, I had to do what is best for Jacob and that was not sex.

"So if you don't want to do this it's okay we can sit and talk." I said.

"No..." Jacob said getting up and standing in front me.

"What?"

"I can do this I can be human besides I am half human so."
