Chapter 5

Bella's P.O.V

The next day was my moving day. I was dressed and I brought my bags downstairs as the moving people grabbed my boxes and put them in the moving truck. As I got outside, I saw Jacob pull up to my house. He got off his motorbike and walked over to me and I set my stuff down to give him a hug.

My dad walked out and took my bags as I sat down on the stairs with Jacob.

"Are you ready for this?" I asked.

"For what?" Jacob asked.

"Me leaving you silly."

"Oh yeah, forgot."

"So are you..."

"I don't know it's just now that I imprinted on you, I'm afraid I'm going to have trouble not seeing you. I might not be able to see you for a month and probably only just a couple of weeks."

"Same."

He touched my hand and felt my cold hands.

"Your hands are freezing." Jacob said.

"Well, it is cold out here." I said.

He smiled. He took my hands and warmed them up with his body temperature. I laid against his chest to stay warm and as I did that, he put his arm around me.

"I'm really going to miss you." I said.

"Me too sweetie." Jacob said.

He kissed my forehead and hugged me tight. Suddenly the door opened from the wind and I heard my mom talking to dad inside.

"Look at them." Mom said.

Dad looked at us and back at mom.

"Look how happy they are together. I don't know if I can keep them away from each other for a couple of weeks before her college starts." Mom said.

"Renee it will be fine I promise they will be fine they just need to adjust." Dad said.

"OK."

I cannot believe mom really cared for us. I guess she really wanted me to be happy. I laid and talked to Jacob for a while and suddenly Mom came out to talk to us. I got off Jacob and looked at her.

"So, Bella, Charlie and I came up with ideas that we think would be good so that Jacob can come and visit you when you're with me before school starts and he can help you get your college room ready." Mom said.

"Really?" I asked.

"Yeah." Mom replied.

I got up and hugged her.

"You're welcome, sweetie. Well, we will be leaving soon. We have a long drive." Mom said.

She walked back inside, Jacob got up off the floor, and I turned and look at him.

"Did you hear you can come visit me before college to get my room done if you want?" I asked.

"Yeah I heard and I don't know Bella. Remember I'm leaving to go to Hawaii soon." Jacob replied.

"I thought you are leaving when my college starts."

"Not quite I'm leaving when you're leaving meaning I'm leaving tomorrow."

"Oh."

"I'm sorry. I should have told you earlier. I thought you knew."

"It's okay I guess we'll see each other in a month."

I hugged him as he wrapped his arms back around me again. Mom turned the car on and looked at me.

"Well, Bella it's time to go." Mom said.

"OK." I said.

I got up and so did Jacob. We then hugged one more time.

"I'm seriously going to miss you, Bella." Jacob said.

"Me too." I said.

"Stay safe in Hawaii."

"I will."

I smiled and suddenly he grabbed my face and kissed my lips. I put my arms around his neck and kissed him back passionately. After kissing for a minute, I pulled away and hugged him more. A tear fell from my face and he looked at me.

"Don't cry I should be the one crying." Jacob said wiping a tear away from my face.

He looked down and he saw my werewolf necklace he gave me.

"Keep that on so that you would have me with you all the time." Jacob said.

"I will. I promise." I said.

He smiled and kissed me one more time. I pulled away, gave him one more hug, and then we walked over to the car. Dad rushed over to us to and gave me a hug.

"Don't forget me, sweetie." Dad said.

"I know. I won't." I said.

I gave him a hug and he kissed my forehead. He pulled away and moved away from the car. Jacob opened the door like a gentlemen and I got in the front seat. He closed the door for me and I rolled down the window. He leaned against the window and grabbed my hands.

"I love you." I said.

"I love you, too." Jacob said.

We kissed one more time then he pulled away. My mom turned the entire car on including the air conditioning. He moved away from the car while releasing our hands from each other. He stood by dad and I waved goodbye. They both waved back. As my mom started moving the car, I rolled my window up and looked at her.

"Here we go." Mom said.

"Here we go." I replied.
