Chapter 9

Jacob's P.O.V

After my flight, I got my bags at the baggage claim and headed outside to find Rachel. I got out there and saw her get out of the car. She walked over to me and gave me a hug.

"Hey, Jacob, nice to see you again." Rachel said.

"You too." I said as I hug her back.

"Let's get going we can talk on the way to her house."

"OK."

I put my bags and suitcases in the back and got in the front passenger's seat.

"So is Rebecca excited to see me?" I asked.

"Yeah." Rachel replied.

"Is she at home waiting for me?"

"Yeah but she's not at home right now. She had to go somewhere with her husband but she will be home soon."

"Oh, OK."

"So how was your summer?"

"Good and very busy."

"What were you doing?"

"Stuff like spending my entire summer with my girlfriend."

"Why did you do that? I mean why didn't you want to do what you want to do."

"Well, that is what I want to do and besides I made a deal with Bella that I will do anything she wants if we don't have..."

I stopped because I think it would be weird to tell her about our sex agreement.

"Don't have what?" Rachel asked.

"You really want to know?" I asked.

"Yes."

"Fine, well it's hard to explain to you but I told her I want to wait on sex until I was a little older and she made this deal that if we don't have sex for a while I have to spend my whole summer with her."

She looked at me and laughed.

"What?" I asked.

"Nothing, can I ask you something?" Rachel asked.

"Sure."

"Have you had sex with her yet?"

"What, why are you asking me this?"

"It seems that you have had experience with her before."

"Well, we may have."

"So you have?"

"I don't want to talk about it."

"Jacob you can tell me anything I won't tell anyone."

"You promise not even dad?"

"You didn't tell dad?"

"No, if I did I would get in so much trouble and well, I wouldn't get to see Bella ever again."

"Oh OK yes I won't tell anyone. I promise only if you want me to tell someone."

"OK well, we have experienced it together a couple times."

"A couple and how many is a couple?"

"Two or three."

"Wow have you got her pregnant?"

"Yeah on our second time and we lost the baby."

"Is that one reason you wanted to wait because you don't want to get her pregnant?"

"Yeah, when we had our third we promised that if we did it, I would you know."

"You used the condoms, right?"
