"You all look pathetic." Kiel announced his presence by slapping Stefan's back which made the cup in his hand fall all over Bonnie. "Sorry." He wasn't sorry but the disappointment seen on the faces of their chemistry teacher Julian Herks and Liz Forbes was worth it.
"Where is Elena and Caroline?" Kiel asked not seeing them both. "Oh, they haven't come yet. Last I called Caroline couldn't choose between a green jacket and a black jacket." Stefan told him.
"Hey, Demon. Don't drink from the cup." Kiel stopped Damon. "Why?" Damon asked. "It's vervain laced. Liz Forbes and Julian Herks have their suspicion on you." Kiel told them. "Great." Damon passed the drink to Kiel who drank it in one go.
Kiel took another drink. "Here. You need to drink to clear their suspicion." Kiel gave two cups to each Salvatore. "If it's vervain drink, they can't take it." Bonnie whispered. "They'll be fine." Stefan was the first one to take a sip. It tasted like a normal smoothie.
"I took away the vervain in it." Kiel said proudly. He then took a secret glance at the two observant eyes. Julian was still adamant they were vampires, but Liz wasn't buying it anymore.
"Seriously, where is Lena and Caroline?" Bonnie was now worried. That was when Stefan's phone started ringing. Elena in tears told him something happened to Caroline. Debating whether to tell Sherriff or not they all made their way to the Forbes House.

The Noirs watched as Lizzie made her way into the kitchen and started making something for the third time in the day.
"Love, are you okay?" Henrik asked concerned. "I think it's the nutrition potion Kayden prescribed. It's like I cannot stop being hungry." Lizzie told them. The four Noirs looked at each other.
Lizzie was enjoying her sandwich when her eyes stopped on the mirror wall. It was the wall that separated the kitchen from the pantry. Lizzie slowly placed the sandwich back on the plate. Thinking about all the greasy and unhealthy food she had taken in the last 24 hours made her nauseous. Now the smell that was coming from the sandwich was horrible. The crumbs left in her fingers started itching.
She is hungry. She can feel the hunger. But she can even feel the food she just swallowed coming back up. So, Lizzie ran to the nearest toilet. Lizzie forced her gut empty.
Her eyes blurred with tears. Henrik was gently rubbing her back. He guided Lizzie to wash her mouth. But Lizzie couldn't tear her eyes away from the face mirror. Her face is red. And a mess. But her face tells the truth she doesn't want to admit. She has gained weight.
"I look..." "Beautiful." Henrik completed the sentence. "No. no. Henrik, I need to hit the gym. I need to start eating healthy. I need to..." "Breath." Henrik stopped her ranting reminding Lizzie to breathe. She didn't know she needed to hear that until she realized she was gasping for air.
