Bonnie could barely sit still on the chair while waiting for news from the doctors. The Salvatores and Elena went home the latter promising to visit Caroline when she wakes up. Stefan told her he will come back after dropping Elena.

"Hei." Bonnie jumped hearing Stefan's voice. Good to his words he is here. Bonnie nodded. "Still mad at me for going all ripper on Amber?" he asked, and Bonnie sighed. "No, I was mad because you are a vampire. But I guess we can't change it." Bonnie said before turning side to look at Stefan.

"But also, I am hurt and mad that you didn't tell us about your bloodlust. I know we aren't best of friends and Elena and Damon are your closest people, but I think we deserve to know. We could have help you." Bonnie really was hurt with the way he acted.

"I didn't tell them. I didn't want to burden any of you. There were times that I felt like calling one of you to ask if there was a cure for my bloodlust. But deep inside I know the cure is learning to control. So yes, that was the reason I kept it as a secret." Stefan told her honestly.

They had to cut short their conversation when the doctor who was treating Lizzie came out. Bonnie and Stefan looked at him with hope. Bonnie remembers him. They first believed he could be the Crimson but then they had to cancel the idea when Lizzie and Kiel agreed that they know Kayden.

"Hi am Dr. Evans. You two related to her?" He asked. "No. we are her friends and the only family she has here." Stefan was the one to say. "Okay, but one of you need to call her real family and ask to be here to fill the forms." Dr. Evan told them. Bonnie and Stefan looked at each other.

"Or you could compel the staff to forget about the incident and take her with you." He said now looking at Stefan who looked defensive. "How is Lizzie?" Bonnie asked not fazed by what he said. "She is in a magical coma'. Her brain is adjusting some memories, and she is not willing to face reality. The best way to help her is talking to her out of it." Now Stefan was more confused, but Bonnie nodded.

"You saved Caroline?" Bonnie asked and the doctor looked at her confused. "Caroline? Your blonde friend?" He asked. "Yeah. The one you had a soft spot for." Bonnie told him. "No. I didn't even know she is here." He said. Bonnie looked at him trying to see if he is telling the truth.

"You didn't do anything to Lizzie right?" Bonnie asked. "I am doctor. I treat my patients. I don't harm them." He said offended. "But also, you are supernatural." Bonnie knows he is a wizard, but she was probing. "I am not a supernatural. I am a wizard. Dr. Forbes is a well-respected figure in our society. And who wants the wrath of MACUSA's president? He would burn this world if anyone wronged her." He scoffed at the idea of him hurting Lizzie. Stefan understood how the wizard figured he is a vampire.

"Right now, your MACUSA president is trapped in another wizarding community. You could..."

"I am not an idiot. Ask your friend Josette, how it feels to cross the Noirs. And I am a doctor. A healer." Kayden left with an eye roll.
