"Sister. Sister. Are you alright?" That was a voice Rebekah haven't heard for centuries. A voice that she wanted to hear. She was confused. Either she was dead or... of course they time travelled. The last thing she remember was holding Josie... JOSIE... where is she? She must find her.
Rebekah opens her eyes urgently and was met with Klaus's concerning eyes. Rebekah was sure she saw a hint of tear. "Are you alright?" Klaus helped her sit up. Rebekah looked around. They were in a house she vaguely remembers. "Where are we? What happened?" Rebekah was still confused. She had a headache which seems to worsen.
"A servant brought you in. He saw you unconscious on the ground." Klaus handed her a glass of blood which Rebekah greedily drank. "Are you alright sister?" Klaus asked. "I am fine brother. I was thinking about olden days and..." Rebekah trailed off.
"I would like to take a nap brother." Rebekah didn't tell his overprotective brother about the headache. Kai warned about it. She must sleep it off. "Of course, love. Let me help you to your room." Rebekah was a little bit surprised by his actions. Maybe Kol changed something. She thought. He tucked her in and kissed her cheek before going out. Rebekah let out a sigh. She wants to sleep, and she also know Klaus will be checking on her time to time. But she needs to find Josie and send her to the safe place before they leave the town.
She didn't get to sleep as she heard a voice. She ran downstairs earning disapproving looks from Klaus. Kai was having drinks with Klaus. Looks like she really need a nap to keep up with the reality.
"You really need a nap, Beckie." Kai said seeing her confused face. She knew he was hinting about the hazed memories. "What? No hugs for your favourite person. Klaus here told me about your love adventures. I must say I am disheartened." To Rebekah's surprise Klaus laughed. He laughed and let someone who flirted with her live. Rebekah didn't know what to say even if she was a bit disgusted with the flirting.
"Where is the little Nik?" Klaus asked and Rebekah stared at Kai. She knows they went to 1001AD. But the plan was to remain hidden. "Oh. He found a witch to go crazy with. They were talking about lighting people on fire or something." Kai said happily. Rebekah relaxed knowing they had Josie. "I'll be taking leave. As much as I love to see people burning in fire, I don't want Kier to stain pure Joanie's soul." He hugged Klaus and kissed Rebekah's cheek.
"Go sleep Rebecca. You need it." he walked out of the door.
The first thing Josie noticed waking up was the smell. It was ancient but magical.
"Joanie. You took your time." And that would be her beloved uncle. "You really need to sleep the headache off." Loud voice means Nikol. "We have business to attend. Drink this and sleep." Concerned parent would be the loving stepdad. Kol handed her a glass of blood. "Drink it and take a nap Jo. We have bonfires to lit." Nikol said. The adults went. Josie looked around.
