New Orleans

Last night Rebekah was getting ready for bed when Hope called her to inform about the latest mess they made of the timeline. Being the only adult in the group tired her. specially when the most rebellious two hates her. Rebekah couldn't blame them.

And now early in the morning no amount of blood is lessening the pain in her head. She knows she is being extra. A vampire couldn't be sick. But her mind is. She is stressed and if she was a human Rebekah would be hiding her pimpled face.

"Your mysterious client is here." Marcel took the mug out of her hand. Rebekah was in her boutique and Marcel rarely comes around. He gives her space to work.

"And surprise, he is a teen." That doesn't matter for her. she has already received half amount of the payment. And she knows she will be paid hefty if the client is impressed with her work.

It was around a week ago when Rebekah got the order via email. An engagement dress and a dress for the bride to be best friend. Rebekah liked the idea's they've listed in the email. Reminded her of the future.

"Let him in." Rebekah told Marcel knowing well that Marcel will be staying. Somehow her client has intrigued Marcel.

Rebekah watched as not only one but two almost adults stepped inside the room.

The first one definitely has Asian blood in him. And the second have European. Looking at him now Rebekah understood why Marcel wants to be here.

He has a caramel hair. His crystal grey eyes has a hint of green in it. The sharp jawline and the small smile made Rebekah's heartbeat fast.

She has heard the news. Or the rumour. But she never thought it could be true. Because the boy looks like a good mixture of two people she has cut off from her life. And if her nephew is anything like she remembers he wouldn't let the boy step a foot inside New Orleans.

"That's quite rude Mrs. Gerrard. You are making my cousin a bit uncomfortable." Rebekah blushed so hard Marcel even started laughing. She didn't know when she started staring at the boy.

"Sorry, you look like someone I know." Rebekah apologised. "We are here for the dresses." They were in a hurry. "It would have been better if the two girls came. I would have loved to do the fitting." Rebekah walked to the storeroom to pick out the boxes. "There is no need. Rest of the money is already transferred to your account. Thank you." They didn't even check the dresses but left in a hurry.

"Weird." Rebekah commented. "So that boy you stared at. He does resemble and Tom and Nikol, right?" Marcel asked to be sure. "If they had a child, he would be the one." Rebekah nodded in agreement. "But how can he have the looks of both of them?" Marcel asked. "Magic. A blood adoption." Rebekah answered.
