"We need to wake Freya." Kayden barged inside the house.
There were no questions asked as Kol helped Lizzie up. Three of them walked into the basement knowing very well that their only chance was Freya.
Lizzie knew that the twins could reach Nikol too. But she made a promise to Nikol that the boys wouldn't see him in worse. Let the world die, but she would respect his wishes.
Kayden took the chains locking the coffin and started siphoning from them. Kol and Lizzie can see how the dark magic was affecting Kayden as black veins started under his veins spreading to his face.
"It's a lot of black magic." Kayden said in a strained voice. Lizzie tried to help him, but Kol stopped her. "It could affect your children." Kol ran upstairs and asked for the remaining siphoner.
Josie even started siphoning. Kayden has to stop reaching his limit. He was panting. His eyes darkened. Kol took a crystal ball from the shelf and gave it to Kayden asking him to put the dark magic into the ball.
"Jo." Lizzie quickly pulled Josie away when she started to feel weak. "There is so much left yet." Josie was scared of the amount of black magic she fed into her system. Kol gave her a crystal ball asking her to do the same.
"We need siphoners." Kayden couldn't think of anyone else.

Upstairs the vampires can hear what was happening in the basement. The siphoners cries in pain and Kol saying they need more siphoners.
"I thought Kayden has practiced dark magic." Rebekah said looking at Caroline. "Kai did. Kayden didn't. His body can't handle too much black magic. And even magic." Caroline was scared.
"Is there a spell we can do to help?" Bonnie asked Caroline. Caroline looked at Hope. "Those chains are specific for a siphoner. I can't think of any spell." Hope dashed into the library and came back with tons of books.
One by one everyone started helping her find a spell.

Enzo listened to Ilan's tale about the reality shifting and Nikol refusing to tell the truth to Josie to keep her feeling safe. Nael stormed off to cool down while Davina sat with Kiara helping Ilan with bringing them up to date about the family.
"Jo doesn't know she killed Kia?" Enzo asked. "In the reality she created Kiara died in a safe house. She blamed Lizzie for your death and Nikol for not resurrecting you." Davina told them. "Lizzie? Auntie? Why would she blame someone who died before me?" Kiara asked. She might never get her answer.
