"Do I resemble your father?"

Klaus's sudden question shocked Hope. "Umm, why are you asking that all of a sudden?" Hope asked taking the seat opposite Klaus. "Because I have seen the way you ask for my opinion. How hurt you are when I don't choose you or when I talk about... murders. How willing you were to leave everything so you can travel with me. And a few times in the past you have called me Dad." Klaus listed all the reasons.

Hope chuckled nervously.

"You know I am pretty smart." Hope was surprised by the sudden change in his mood. Klaus now looks more serious than he ever was. And the look he is sporting now reminds Hope of her father in his last days.

"You three came out of nowhere. But Kol somehow knows you three. Then you told everyone you are Nikol's cousin, but Nikol is the Mikaelsons nephew. Now, according to you, all Noirs bear strong firstborns in every generation. But Nikol isn't the firstborn of his generation which proves your story about being his cousin. But like I said Nikol is a Mikaelson. Freya's son to be exact. That would have been a lie, but I did a blood tracking spell to find how all the Mikaelsons were doing." Hope became nervous figuring out where the conversation was going.

"Turns out Freya is really alive, somewhere in England. It wouldn't show the exact location. Nikol has cloaked his location, so he wasn't on the map. But there was someone else. It confused me. Who else could it be? So, I went to the location." Klaus chuckled.

"And there you were with Josie, Finn, and Sage. I couldn't understand how it could be possible. So, I asked the witch to use Mikael's blood to do the tracking spell. Then you disappeared from the map. I again used my blood, and you appeared. I used Bekah's blood. You are there. But your location gets clearer when I use my blood." Hope nodded.

"How is that possible? I don't remember bearing a child." Klaus's eyes met Hope's. Hope knows there is no way to turn the conversation. Other than a murder or a natural disaster which she was praying to happen.

"I could have asked Kieran. But I wanted to hear from you. I need the truth, Hope." Hope chose to be silent. She was planning her answer in mind when Klaus asked another important question.

"Talking about Kieran, how does he have werewolf genes? Freya isn't a werewolf. His father is Kai, and I am sure he isn't a wolf. So, the fake story about his mother marrying a werewolf woman and Kai being the sperm donor is true, right? But the question is how did they use a method which is still in talking in the science community. According to a drunk story, Rebekah once told me, Freya married a wolf girl. Obviously, they couldn't bear a child, so Kai's sperm was used. But here is the better part, while the wolf girl carried Kieran, he only had the magical DNA of the wolf girl because Freya's eggs were used. Doesn't make sense, does it?" That is futuristic technology, and it looks like even Klaus knows it.
