Summer's outfit ...
The sun bursted in the room it was about 6:30am when Summer woke to realise she was not on the lounge she feel asleep on but she was in fact in Spencer's she rolled over to see if Spencer was laying next to her, he wasn't and it didn't look like he ever was. She got up out of bed and walked out the bedroom to see the Doctor asleep on the lounge so sweet she thought to herself smiling every time she spent time with Reid she felt herself feeling something more which she quickly tried to brush it off. She couldn't be feeling someone for her coworker it just wouldn't be acceptable, she heard her phone go off in her bag she pulled it out 3 missed calls from last night and 1 text this morning all from Bryan. Out of everyone in the team Summer and Bryan clicked really well, they were like best friends, Bryan was in a long term relationship with a man named Craig and honestly Summer admire the love they had for each other they were really the perfect couple she could only dream of finding love like they had.
Summer opened the text message..
Bryan - "hey sum, where did you end up last night? i tried calling you wanted to check in after the case, Chase said the detective was an ass anyway call me back unless you're on a date then come straight the the bat cave when you get in this morning cause i wanna hear all about it :)"
Summer head shot up thinking how do i explain i stayed at reid's without bryan freaking out thinking we are hooking up she wrote him back.
Summer - "hey bryan, sorry didn't have my phone with me when you called i had dinner with reid and then went to bed catch up with you at the office. see you soon :)"
Within seconds of sending that text another came in an instant reply from Bryan
Bryan - "did you go to bed with reid? :O"
Summer - "no bryan i didn't i will see you soon"
Locking her phone she went over to the lounge and crouched down slightly nudging Spencer, "Hey there sleepy head, Spencer, it's time to get up, we have work" Spencer's eyes fluttered open so gently he smiled at the site of Summer being the first thing he saw in the morning "Good morning, Summer..Did you sleep ok? I moved you into bed last night I just wanted you to have a good rest before work" Summer smiled back at him and said "Thanks Spencer, you didn't have to do that, you should have woke me up and I would have gone home but yes I slept well your bed is so comfy" he smiled "I wouldn't have made you go home it was like 2am, it's not trouble, would you like some coffee?" he said, Summer looked him in a daze at this beautiful man in front of her quickly bringing herself back to reality "Um.. yes coffee would be great I am going to go down to car and get my go bag so I can freshen up before work" Spencer nodded and went to the kitchen to start making coffees.
Summer went out the her car unlocked it completely forgetting the Chase lives a few blocks up from Spencer and drives past on his way to get his coffee before work, which is exactly what happened as Summer was getting her go bag she heard a voice "Summer?" it was Chase he had stopped the car in the middle of the street and was talking out the window SHIT! Summer thought to herself "Chase?" Summer said as if she didn't know what was going on "What are you doing coming out of Reid's..Oh my god did you spend the night at the Doctor's place?" Summer rolled her eyes and walked over to the car "Chase you never saw me here ok?" Chase grinned "Was he any good?" Summer looked at him "Nothing happened I just fell asleep ok?" Chase looked up at her "Ok Summer..whatever you say..don't worry your secret is safe with me" Summer sighed in relief "I will see you soon" Chase waved and drove off.
Chase and Summer bonded over the "single life" both wanting a relationship but neither being able to find the right person which just led to numerous bad dates and one night stands that they would poke fun of over coffee and paperwork. Summer returned back to Spencer's apartment the smell of freshly brewed coffee filled the air Spencer had gotten ready for the day in his usual workwear suit pants and a dress shirt with a tie pair with his classic black converse he looks stunning Summer thought as she blushed slightly. "Your coffee is over there and the bathroom is just through the other door in my bedroom" Spencer looked at a slightly flustered Summer "Thanks so much Spencer, I really appreciate you letting me stay" she smiled looking up at him "No worries Summer, you don't need to thank me at all it was a nice night" Summer smiled at him and then made her way to bathroom getting ready for the day she had light brown leather pants and baggy white button up shirt and she put a knit jumper over her shoulders she placed her white heeled ankle boots on when she was satisfied with her appearance she made her way back to the kitchen to collect her coffee.
"Summer I just need to go to the bank before I head to the office, so go on without me I will see you in there" Spencer said packing the last of his things in his bag "Ok no worries, I mean it's probably best we don't arrive together, you know what the team will be like" Summer said with a chuckle "I agree" Spencer said with a smile. They made their way out to Summers car she got in a Spencer started to walk the other way.
