Summer's outfit

The entire team was working so hard on this case but by 6am they had another body making it a total of 5 over night. To say the city was on high alert and in a panic was an understatement "Hey I think I am going to go out on the streets and interview some people that may have saw something like sex workers and the homeless" Summer said standing up and stretching "That's a really good idea" JJ said "I will come as well" JJ said standing "We should send more people out" Tara said "Luke why don't you and Spencer go as well" Chase said finishing his cup of coffee "Yeah sounds good" Luke said "I could do with a walk" said Spencer.

The four of them made their way out to the streets, JJ and Summer took the west end Spencer and Luke took the north end the four spent about two hours out and about and have come back with some information. They got back to the BAU meeting the team in the round table room, "So the word on the streets is that our unsub is a woman" Luke said sitting down "A woman strangling her victims?" Emily said "Someone has hurt her or she is trying to get someone's attention" Tara said "Guys that was the officer another victim has showed up by the mini mart on 22nd" Bryan said getting off the phone "SERIOUSLY??" Chase let out loudly out of frustration.

"It's going to be ok Chase, we will get her" Summer said putting her hands on his shoulders Chase always got this way when he felt like the unsub was in control which in reality they never really are it's all just apart of the game, he rolled his eyes at her but knew deep down that she was right. "Ok so a female unsub, who is only killing females" Luke said "Well she has to be physically able to strangle her victims so it makes sense why she's hunting females but the frequency is absolutely insane, one every two hours" Reid said as her furrowed his eyebrows out of frustration.

All of a sudden there was a knock on the door it was Anderson "Ah Summer.." he said Summer turned around and looked him up and down "Yes Anderson" she said with alight annoyance as she was trying to do her job "Same girl who was here this morning left this for you at reception" he said holding up and bag from lopez's the new lingerie shop that everyone is raving about around town, everyone looked at Summer who at this point didn't even look emotional anymore, she looked angry and an angry Summer was never a good sign. It's like something had just clicked in Summer's body and the emotions for Cassie turned off she wasn't sad or scared or hurt anymore, she was angry. For the first time in ever she could finally see what Cassie was doing, she was trying to distract Summer from Spencer so she could reel her back in then fucking destroy her again for the 100th time in her life and she was not about to let her do that, not again, not with Spencer.

Summer rolled her eyes walking over and grabbing the bag off of Anderson "Doesn't she understand I am busy, what is it now?" Summer huffed opening the bag it was a baby blue lingerie set with a note attached saying

Did you see what I did? This is for you for when we reunite xx

Not thinking anything of the message Summer put the note back in the bag and walked the bag calmly over to the trash and dumped it inside looking at Spencer first who gave her a soft smile then she looked over at Emily and Luke who looked like two proud parents finally witnessing Summer move on from this terrible woman "She must of meant the flowers, god she's so annoying" Summer said as if Cassie was a bad taste in her mouth she was trying to get rid of. Summer walked back over to the team and continued working, "There's no way for us to know who she will be after next she literally has no victim type they are just random women at everyday places" Summer said pacing around the round table room while the rest of the team sat and watched her think out loud. Summer was no genius like Reid but once she got going on a profile she was amazing to watch work, "We've established she is trying to get someone's attention but who's?" Summer said again "An ex maybe?" said Tara pulling Summer out of her thought trance.

Something clicked internally for Summer and it all just fell into place, she turned around and walked outside to the bin she put the gift from Cassie and got the note. She walked back into the round table room all eyes on her, "It's her! It's gotta be Cassie. This note it says, did you see what I did" Summer said throwing the note on the table for everyone too see "We profiled the unsub to be female, attention seeking behaviour towards a possible ex?" Summer said furthering her point.

"Summer you need to think clearly about this, you're in your emotional mind right now and that could be clouding your judgement" Emily said sounding concerned "Do you think Cassie is really capable of this?" Spencer said looking at Summer intently "She's capable of anything, she's ruthless" Summer said. "I mean she fits the profile" Luke said picking up the note "Yeah she is crazy and desperate for the attention of a federal agent" Chase said "And how do you get the attention of the feds? You break the law, more specifically how do you get the BAUs attention..You start killing people" Rossi said.
