Summer's outfit

Summer woke up in a whole lot of pain, she realised Spencer was no longer next to her. She went to the bathroom changed her pad the nurse was right when she said the heavy bleeding would continue, Summer wanted to cry just at the sight of it. She heard someone in the kitchen, assuming it was Spencer she walked out the smell of fresh coffee and fresh ham and cheese croissants filled her nose for a second there she actually felt happy but the harsh reality soon hit her in the face when she saw Spencer there at the counter doing what looks like her paperwork from the last case she couldn't believe that someone was being so nice to her. In the past anyone she was intimate with just treated her like rubbish if this ever happened with Cassie, she probably would have ignored Summer for a month but not Spencer he was here and he wasn't going to go anywhere.

"Good morning Spence" Summer said putting her hand on his shoulder "Summer! Good morning" Spencer said smiling at her "How are you feeling?" He asked "I am ok in a bit of pain and still bleeding" tears quickly forming in her eyes she took a deep breath in holding them back she did not want to cry she couldn't possibly have anything left to cry after last night "The nurse said that will continue for about 48 hours, on a positive note though I have finished all your paperwork for the last case" he said giving her a kiss on the cheek "And I made you breakfast and some coffee, are you hungry? It's ok if you're not" Spencer said "I should probably eat something" Summer said attempting to get herself a plate but due to the pain she couldn't reach up "here let me get that for you" Spencer said getting her a plate down and passing it to her "Thanks Spencer, I mean thank you for everything last night" she said looking up at him from the counter "Summer there's no need to thank me it's fine, do you want to talk about it?" Spencer asked.

Summer let out a sigh "I mean I guess I should" she said "I found out I was pregnant on the last case, I was really nauseous the whole time vomiting and everything, i took two tests and they were positive I knew immediately that I had to tell you I just didn't want to while I was in Chicago and have you worry about what we were going to do on your own because I was in shock myself, then I came home with the plane to tell you today but I woke up at 1 in the morning with huge pain like nothing I have ever experienced before and I sat up and looked down and the sheets were soaked with blood, I then became so distressed I vomited and called myself a taxi to the hospital where they told me I was having a miscarriage and there was nothing they could do I was devastated" Summer explained as tears streamed down her cheeks, this made Spencer cry also "I was so heartbroken, I am so sorry Spencer, I should have told you the second I found out I am so stupid" She said clearly becoming frustrated with herself "Summer please don't apologise, you were doing the right thing telling me over the phone would have stressed me out so much I probably would have ended up flying to Chicago then I would have got fired for being seen as assisting you on the case" Spencer said "You've got nothing to apologise for, your body has been under a lot of stress for the past couple of weeks and sometimes this just happens" Spencer said pulling her into his chest.

"I don't think I will ever forgive myself for not telling you Spencer" Summer said wiping the tears off of her face "It's ok to be mad at me Spencer, it was just as much yours as it was mine" she sad moving her hand to her arm beginning to scratch "Summer" he grabbed her hand "I am not mad at all, I would never be angry at you for something like this" Spencer said wiping his own tears away "Let's go lay down" Spencer said grabbing her hand leading her to her room they both laid down Summer but her head on his chest and snuggled in "Spencer...what's going on between us?" Summer asked looking up at him Spencer swallowed he seemed nervous "Ahh.. Well what do you want us to be Summer?" He asked "Well i want..to..be with you? but since understand if that's not something you want" She said letting out a sigh "No Summer that's exactly what I want..I want you" he said squeezing her tightly "Well i guess that's offical then....boyfriend" Summer said with a giggle "There's nothing that could make me happier right now...girlfriend" Spencer said letting out a chuckle.
