With your resolve, you were determined to get to the bottom of the tragedy your mind had intentionally wiped away. If you didn't, you were sure that you were bound to lose your mind from the news of Kou and Teru's unfortunate end.

You found yourself trapped in your racing thoughts. If only you could remember, anything would help! Your head was gradually rising, and you would bring yourself off of the bed and searched for something in particular; a remote. Looking high and low around your mattress, after lifting your pillow you'd come to discover the TV remote idly sitting where you left it last.

Nervousness slowly took hold of your veins, the object squeezed by your hand as you directed your attention to your TV that had been near, pinned against the wall. Turning it on, you pursed your lips as you tried to swim through various channels. Most of them were for kids, and others were movies.

Finally, your thumb would come to an abrupt pause as your eyes widened bit by bit. 'H-Huh..?Why are they..' You inched yourself closer to the screen, holding your breath. Onscreen was two familiar siblings, their names under the evident headline written in bold;

Teru Minamoto; student at Kamome Academy suspected of murdering his younger brother, Kou Minamoto.

Although you had already had heard of the complication, for some reason when the facts had been presented to you-- you sought the inclination to ignore the pronounced verity. Your finger trembled while you started to turn up the volume to listen to the news anchor's summary very carefully.

"--Unfortunately, his body has yet to be discovered, and because of this tragedy the school board is debating whether or not the school would be safe to return to tomorrow."

"Many are making protests to close the school for good, and others are doing the opposite to regain the school's great reputation; one that they've maintained for decades."

A part of your body had gone mute, the remote lowering in your unsteady hand. The TV flashed to a black screen abruptly by your action, if you hadn't done so-- you were worried you were going to act without rationality.

Now you were impatient. If Kou's body wasn't discovered, then there was a probability that he was alive, right? Your quick realization urged you to make way towards the bed, pressing a button to request medical aid.

Using it to your advantage, your doctor had been called in concern for your health. "[L/N], are you okay? You called for someone?" Izuo asked with knitted brows.

You stood up shortly before meeting his eyes nervously. "I'm okay, I just have a question..." You tried to appear as timid as you could, pulling your hand to touch your arm in delicacy. If you had to act your way around, then so be it. "I saw the news, and I wish... to pay a visit to the Minamoto family to give them my condolences.."

The male had looked a little skeptic, but in due time it had washed away from the soft exhale that was released. "Well that wouldn't hurt, right? I'll go ahead and sign the paperwork to temporarily discharge you." He'd smile, "Get yourself dressed, I'll be back shortly."

When he left, you waited to hear his steps fade before you would tap your chest. For some reason, that was more nerve-wrecking than you thought. Yet you didn't waste time and got yourself dressed into clothes that was packed for you during your stay at the hospital.

All things went well thus far. Doctor Izuo stuck to his word and discharged you so you could visit Kou's grieving household, and now you were climbing into the backseat of a taxi, closing the door only to have heard the following words; "Where to, ma'am?"
