Raini Dawkins lives in a perfect utopia. There is no thought. No decisions. No stress. No one has free will. Every thought and action is controlled in another country, by scientists. Everyone is programmed when they live and when they die. No one can change it, no matter how hard they try. Or at least they thought. After being programmed to walk in the middle of a deserted street, and being hit by a car, Raini knew she was going to die. But when she shockingly wakes up with a bunch of people surrounding her, she realizes she's been saved by The Resistance, and that Raini's entire existence is the one thing that can change their way of life FOREVER..
