Sophia was just a normal teenager, at least she was on the inside. On the outside though, she was scarred. Literally. Thousands upon thousands of scars covered her body, as well as her face. She tried hiding them with long shirts, long pants, and even her long hair. But none of that worked. She still got teased, still got called ugly. Though none of it was her fault. It's not her fault her parents both died in a house fire. All Sophia wants is for the teasing to stop. But instead, to her surprise, someone may finally accept her, scars and all...
