Man, I am SOO sad. I only have, like, 9 chapters left until this is all finished. Will someone hold me? I'm about to cry! *looks around* No? No. Okay, fine, be that way! JK! I'm very random, excuse that please! :)
Here's the chapter:
~***~
I sat in final hour, tapping my foot away as I stared at the clock. It was taking forever for the hand to turn. And, believe me, I was getting aggravated. Basically, time was acting like I had nothing better to do, when I did, in fact. As the clock took its sweet time, I thought about how yesterday Aston gave me the information that could either make or break me.
That was a lot to take in, even more so that this was actually happening.
I rubbed my sweaty palms on my jeans, trying to calm my nerves down.
Finally, the bell rang, but I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't hear it. It wasn't until the teacher tapped my desk that I jumped, grabbed my bag, and exited the classroom, my surroundings unrecognizable.
I screamed as I bumped into Aston, losing my balance. He steadied me with both hands, his grip tight. I was breathless at his strength, and his breathing came faster. "Careful there.." He whispered.
He let go of me and we walked hand-in-hand to his truck.

"So you know the game plan?" He asked me.
I nodded. "I call you when I get there, and keep you on the phone until I leave. You'll let me know if anything changes." I sighed shakily, and Aston stroked my hand.
"You don't have to do this," He assured me. "Not if you feel uncomfortable."
I shook my head. "Aston, I have to. Regardless of how I feel, or even how you feel."
He nodded in understanding, then put the truck in park. I undid my seatbelt and came closer, kissing him. As we kissed, I breathed in. He smelt of vanilla and that boy scent, both musky, yet attractive. I shivered as his nose brushed my neck, then his face traveled back up to my lips, giving me one last kiss before he reluctantly pulled back. "I'll see you later."
I nodded and gave him a quick peck on the cheek, opening his door, and smiling. Phase one was set in motion.

I sat down at the dinner table, silent. After Mrs. Tilly ate her last bite of pasta, I took this as my moment.
"Can I go to a friend's house tonight?"
She laughed. "As if. You're grounded. And it's a school night." She picked up the magazine next to her, and began flipping through it.
"But that's why I have to go!" I explained.
Now I had her attention. "Really?" The magazine was resting in her lap now, open slightly.
"It's a project. It's due tomorrow."
She nodded, then sighed, going up to her room. She returned, moments later, my phone in hand. She dropped in my hand, a parental warning in her eyes. "It's only for school. Don't disobey me."
I nodded, then stood up, taking out the slip of paper from my pocket. "Can we go now? I have the address."
~***~
I got out of the truck, my heart pounding. This was it.
As soon as I was sure that Mrs. Tilly was out of sight, I unlocked my phone and dialed a number.
"Aston.I'm in."
