In the Capital city of a Realm in a war crisis, a girl named Selenya, 16 years of age, a talented Alchemist's Apprentice and Inventor, gets pulled into a race to escape a dangerous coup meant to bring down the Royal Family.
Along with her 7 friends, 7 half brothers, one prince, and his 6 bastard brothers will embark on an adventurous journey that will take them down South, hoping to reach salvation. But their route will only reveal the decadence of a world afflicted by war, a growing plague, and a relentless Conqueror holding the whip.

From the first paragraph I read, I knew I was going to enjoy this book. The descriptions are so well done they transport you to another world. Your original story is so full of action and urgency it keeps the reader on the edge of their seat. So, hold on to that seat because there will be many dangerous obstacles to overcome. I just love adventure stories like yours and hope you write more of them.
I noticed 2 things you can fix in your description. First, the word 'upon' is misspelled, and second, you should include "of" in this sentence -> These are the words written by one of the brothers...
I found very few typos in your story as your diction and vocabulary are above par.
I give high praise to the overall aesthetic of the book including the mood music chosen.
The cover is beautiful and fits the story however, I feel a little bit mislead by the title because even though it revolves around the brothers fighting to save each other, there is no great love story. Yes, Selenya and Teahberius have a bit of a romance going, but it is not explored as much as I would have liked. It's like you may have gone more in that direction, but the circumstances of the action kept them apart. This adds to the angst in their story but I hope in the last chapter to see that love come to fruition.
It was a very moving story and I like how you included the plague as a parallel to what we are going through now. I commend you for your originality and skill and I truly believe your story should have so many more views. Your book has been added to my "Awesome Reads" recommendations. 🙌
