ANNABELLE'S POV

"Mr. Stark! My favorite billionaire, hows it going?" I walk reluctantly into his workshop holding my necklace in my hands.

"What do you want kid?"

"Okay you caught me. So weirdest thing, I was thinking since you fix things, you can fix my necklace?" he slid out from under his car banging his head on the edge of it, "Oh my god Mr. Stark are you okay?"

"What do you mean fix you necklace?"

"Cause you fix things, and this is broken? Who knows maybe there is like a picture inside. It could be like a friendship thing or maybe a-"

"I can't fix it, sorry."

My eyes shot down at him in a glare as he slid back under his car. "But  y-you make suits... THAT FLY."

"Necklaces aren't my thing."

"I thing its just the hinge. Or I could just fix it, gimme a screwdriver."

"I don't have one for a size of screw that small. Sorry looks like you are out of luck."

Well Peter can't say I didn't try. There has to be someone in this tower willing to help. The torture of not knowing what is in this has finally caught up with me. I didn't try this sooner because I didn't want to mess it up more, and was too scared to ask anyone for help. I made it all the way to the outside field where Sam, Bucky and Cap were throwing around the shield. For Sam not being a super soldier, he's amazing with it.

"Hold on hold on pause it! Time out! We got a stray on the field." Bucky announced holding his arms up in a "T".

"Sorry to interrupt but I need a screw driver for the hinge on this thing. I decided it's time to finally bust it open."

They all shouted out some form of congratulations, "Thanks guys, so do you have one? Cause Mr. Stark said he didn't."

"Oh did he?" Sam took off his goggles offensively.

Bucky marched towards me. "Alright I've had enough of this. I'm breaking it open."

"Wait don't break it!"

"Why not! This has gone on long enough."

"What has?" I asked following the three of them inside. "Helloooo? Am I invisible or something? Should I talk to walls now, I hear they can hold a conversation better than the three of you."

Sam held my shoulders, "Look, you've been through..."

"A ton of shit."

"Exactly. Just... your valid." for some reason that comforted me the most, along with distracted me from tweedledee and tweedledum trying to pry open a locket without breaking it with their man hands.

"Mr. Wilson, no offense to Dr. Banner, but why aren't you my psychiatrist?"

"Because you deserve someone who would have you're full attention. I'm too busy of a guy to take on another patient. But hey, when I am here, I'm happy to listen."

"Aha! I got it!" Bucky exclaimed. "No wait, turned it the wrong way. Now it's too tight"

"Buck I told you, right is tight, left is loose."

"I never know anything these days! They could've changed it. Besides I'm all confused, I'm using my metal arm and it's my non-dominant hand."

"Hey what's going on?" Mr. Stark asked walking in.

"They're helping me open the locket." They all scrambled to shuffle it between the three of them as Mr. Stark approached them faster.

When I say they fought over the necklace, I don't mean it was a mighty heroic fight where Iron Man put on his suit as Sam threw on his wings as they went at it. I also don't mean they used skilled hand to hand combat. It was like watching children fight over their favorite toy. I swear I saw them at one point flail their arms at each other.
