NOBODY'S POV

"Let's back it up to the beginning, how did Hydra kidnap her without us knowing?" Captain and Stark were brainstorming while the rest were doing surveillance. 

"If I knew we wouldn't be here." whined Tony who was still half upset that she was off with Peter, and Peter was off with her, probably getting off "It happened in the middle of the night last night while they were climbing the side of the building according to neighboring cameras. She never shut her window so they went in, drugged her went out easy peasy."

"They must've known where she was staying. That she exists. And what she can do."

"Who else knows other than us?"

"SHIELD apparently. They could have a Hydra mole. Besides don't you think it is weird that if Coulson wanted to have her he would've asked us directly?"

"Yeah great so what? We already know it was Hydra. What I'm curious about is why when I got there they distinctively said 'We've got all we need' then drove off. What did they take?"

"Proof that the dampener works."

"No that's not it. If they wanted to know if their tech works they wouldn't risk having us all show up their spandex-ed and suited and ready to rumble. No they took data, probably some blood or DNA. They opened the portal for sure-"

"What makes you think for sure?"

"First off- They told her. Second- who else would've? Third- we kind of all saw it coming with the tesseract component structure of the portal."

"Multi dimensional travel doesn't seem very much like Hydra."

"Well they are bad guys anyhow so who really cares?" Stark seemed extra tense, "The dampener is a very diluted energy from the cube. Their saving it, or making multiple. Could be planning another attack they wouldn't have wasted it on her."

"Or opening another portal. Think about it, their first one didn't work because she came out of it."

"So now they are going to try again."

"Exactly."

"Why didn't the first one work?"

"I think I can answer that" Bruce walked in, "Sorry I was studying her blood that I took before she went over to the Garters house."

"Parker's house." Tony corrected, "You are her therapist how are you the worst at retaining information."

"Well I don't actually listen to the parts where she talks about Pete. But look I was thinking about how the portal randomly opened in Texas without any Hydra base around. Why would it do that? Since we don't have the Aether I was studying the tesseract, it's main function is to get a person from one location to another accurately so I found it weird why it didn't open... where they opened it."

"Am I the only one who didn't understand a word he said?" asked Cap.

"What he's saying is, they opened the break of one universe to another someone else like at their base camp. But it actually opened opened in Texas"

"Exactly! WHY why why why why why." he rambled really fast pacing towards them.

"Calm down Banner you gonna blow a fuse."

"Sorry just excited haven't done lab work like this in years. Since it was mixed with the Aether's diluted strength it becomes more chaotic, we were lucky it didn't open in the middle of the atmosphere. She most likely walk walking down the street and a magical portal just sucked her in. But portal don't stay open after a person walks through them, that's how Thor's bridge works, it stays open enough for the designated amount or people or designated amount of time. That didn't calculate where it would open, the strength of the blast only lasted so long, and BAM. Now we have a 16 year old girl living with us."
