I Was Scared

A/N- Sorry it's been so long! I just got back in school, and I'm kinda not failing anymore! Anyway I've been having some writers block with this book so I was taking a little break and working on my plethora of Marvel stuff. I'm still a little lost on how I want to continue, but I've got a better idea now.

I got a full night of sleep before someone came bursting into my room. The door slammed shut, and I jumped out of bed quickly.

"Calm your tits my dude!" Tennessee.

I let out a huff, and she just laughed before pushing me back down onto the bed.

"You have to tell me everything." She sat next to me, and I knew I couldn't get out of this.

"We ate dinner."

She gave me a stern glare, "You were wet when you came back."

I smiled at the thought, "We ended up getting burgers, and dancing in the rain."

She fell onto her back with a sigh, "Did you kiss? Please tell me you kissed!"

I nodded, "We did kiss."

She shot right back up, "Yes! I KNEW IT, I KNEW YOU STILL LO-"

I clamped a hand over her mouth before she could finish the sentence.

"Shut. Up."

My door was thrown open again, but now a trio of very pissed people were glaring at me. My hand slowly fell of Ten's face, and she looked between us all confused.

"Yes?" I looked over to Ten who shrugged.

Cody answered, "You're dying?!"

I noticed Ten's body freeze up, and I started to glare at Elijah.

"You told them?!"

He scoffed, "You've got at MOST three days left!"

I didn't really want to talk about this anymore. The pain in my leg was slowly going away ever since yesterday morning, and I didn't trust it. I should still be in pain, and I should barley be able to put pressure on my leg. Yet here I am, standing up like nothing's wrong.

"My leg feels fine!"

Elijah scoffed, "Fine my ass."

I walked over to him without limping or flinching once.

"See! Fine!"

He shook his head, and Cody stepped over to me.

"I-"

I cut him off, "We weren't talking, don't even start."

He wasn't even yelling or raising his voice at me, "We were still on a team. You tell your team this stuff."

"I didn't want to worry anyone."

He scoffed, "You- you're dying."

Ten came up from behind me, and sided with the others.

"You didn't even tell me?!"

"You don't-"

"DON'T YOU DARE TELL ME I DON'T UNDERSTAND! I WILL MURDER YOUR ASS RIGHT NOW!"

I flinched at Ten's screaming. She is one of the most laid back people I know, so when she screams.... it's bad.

"I just didn't think it mattered that much."

She scoffed, "It didn't matter?! Even after Cody found out you who you were?!"

I started shifting from foot to foot, "I'm sorry ok."
