New Team

Cody's Pissed

"This is not the time to be pissed Cody!" 

He let out an angry laugh, "Why not?! Knowing you were part of the fucking three would've been nice!" 

I piered out from behind the table that was covering me, and fired a few shots before ducking back behind it. 

"I get that you're mad Cody-" 

"Mad doesn't begin to explain it!" 

I took a deep breath, "I get that you're mad, but I've got two bullets left and my blade is next to you!" 

He didn't respond, so I pressed my com. "Elijah, how're you and Sam doing?!" 

"Not great! You, and Cody?!" 

"Pretty fucking terrible, especially since he won't give me my goddamn blade!" 

"Cody, give it to her!" Sam yelled through the com. 

"WHY?!" He sounded pissed. 

I looked over at him, "So we don't die!" 

Six guards, two bullets, and hopefully a blade. Something hit the ground next to me, and I saw Cody threw over my blade. 

"How good of a shot are you Cody?" 

He shrugged a little, "I guess we'll find out." 

I rolled my eyes, and looked around the table firing my last two shots. I got one guy down, and Cody got two. 

"I'm out Harley." 

I sighed, "I know." 

The firing from behind the tables stopped, and Cody and I shared a glance at each other. Carefully I stood to see everyone was leaving. 

"What's happening?" 

I could only shrug. Once everyone was out a boy came in- Jeremy came in. 

"Oh fuck." We locked eyes, and he looked so upset.

"You know him?" Cody asked glancing between to the two of us. 

"Yup." I popped the 'p', "You're moms worried about you." 

Jeremy shook his head, "Dad taught me a lot." 

"I'm not fighting you." 

"Why not?" 

I dropped my blade, "You're my fucking nephew." 

One Day Earlier:

Tennessee, and I sat in my room talking. 

"At least they know." 

I rolled my eyes, "Cody's pissed." 

She sighed a little, "Did you know when you joined their team?" 

I shook my head, "Nope." 

"Well.... maybe you should talk to him." 

"And say what Ten?! Elijah's pissed, Sam's confused, and Cody's... Cody." I threw my hands in the air. 

The door burst open and Billie came storming in. "What the hell is going on Harley?!" 

Tennessee practically ran out of the room.
