Todoroki asked, "I came to an conclusion this person or people tested on quirkless people to give them quirks and that guy was the lucky person that the experiment worked" I explained, "uh huh continue" Todoroki said, "Well at first I thought this quirk had limited time but I was completely wrong...more that the days passes this quirk is stronger and controlling more my emotions" I stated, "So your saying is that your losing control of your emotions each day that passes?"
