Emma's POV
Let's just say training to day was hell. The only thing we did was running laps have water break and run even more. When Dawn felt like she was done with that we headed to the gym to do weights for like another hour. And right now everyone is in an ice bath so that we can move tomorrow. It's really only Carli that enjoy it but we do it for our own sake.

After the ice bath we are headed up to our rooms to shower and put on some comfy clothes before dinner and then we are headed to someone's room for team bonding. Hopefully it ends better the last time but right now T, Andi, Abby and me are walking to the dinning room for some well needed dinner. I sat with the younger once like every other time but I would catch myself throwing glances over to the older once table. More specific one blue eyed forward.

When dinner was coming to an end Megan announced that team bonding while be in hers and Ash's room making everyone groan because they know it will be another round of truth or dare.

When everyone has found a spot in the room the games begin not with me this time which I'm really happy for but it didn't take long u til it was my turn. "Truth or dare" Crystal said making me roll my eyes in my head

"Dare"

"Any secret talents you can show"

"I guess I have three. I can solve a Rubiks Cube, tie a piece of string with my tongue and sing but there is no way I'm singing and I don't thing anyone have a cube so I guess I will tie the string on my pants". I pull the grey string out of my sweatpants before holding it in front of my mouth. I quickly use my tongue to tie it and then show it to everyone

"I thought I was the only one who could do that" Ash state afterwards

"I think it's a gay thing"

"But we have more gaysssss......you need to be top do not you" Kelley say catching herself mid sentence

"Are you calling me bottom" Pinoe ask offended

"Wouldn't be surprised if Sue was top" Tobin answer her

"Okey, moving on. JJ truth or dare?"

And just like that the night moved on. This one ending a bit lighter and with some more laughs

Ali's POV
I woke up the next morning to my whole body being stiff. After a lot of effort I got myself up from the bed and into the bathroom to get ready. When I walked out Christen was still sleeping so I quickly found my phone and made my way down the grab some breakfast but to my surprise I wasn't first. At the end of the table a very tired Alex Morgan was sitting. I made my way over to her and sat down. She was so deep down in her phone that she didn't see me. "Alex" I say trying to get her attention which I clearly did because she jump back in the chair and quickly closing her phone. "You scared the life out of me" She say making me chuckle. "You were deep in your phone. Is everything good you look really tired" I ask trying to look out for my teammate

"Yea everything is fine. Just didn't sleep so well" She say making it way to easy to see that she was lying

"I know you are lying Al. So please tell me. I just want the best for you" I can see that she is debating to tell me or not and after a few seconds I can see her giving

"How did you know you were gay" She blur out taking me by surprise. "How did you know you were gay" She say again because I think she say that I didn't really get it

"Oh Alex I can't give you that answer. No one can. This is one of those things you need to figure out yourself. Everyone knows it in different ways" I say standing up and wrapping my arms around her and just like that she totally break down in my arms. I let her cry and just rub her back until I hear the sobbing start to slow down. "Just be open and accept everything. It won't be easy but it will be worth it at the end" I say before we pull away and she give me a sad smile. We go back to eating breakfast and everyone else slowly start arriving
