Emma's POV
Yesterday we where at Good Morning America and after that we did a lot of other interviews before we all feel asleep.

Now it's 11am and we are boarding a plane to LA because tonight we need to attend the Espy's which is kinda fun because it's my first award show and we as a team is nominated as best team while Alex is nominated for best female athlete and I am cheering her on even if she might not know it. We hasn't gotten any alone time the last few days but it's okey I guess because when this calm down a bit we have about over one week of before the NWSL together with the victory tour starts so I hope to spend that time with her in Florida if she don't want to come to Washington which I don't think

Once the plane everyone is drinking coffee like they are about to die but I'm pretty sure everyone would fall asleep if they didn't. When it's about an hour left on the flight we start to get our makeup done. I'm wearing an minimal amount of makeup together with a black suit I will get when we arrive

As I'm getting my makeup done Kelley walk over. It's obvious that she's pretty hung over but I hope she gets better before the show

"So will you have a date"

I chuckle at how drunk she sound before answering "No, and if you are asking me to be your date then no thanks"

"Damn it. I thought could finally met you girlfriend" I just roll my eyes at her before she walk away.

When my makeup is done it's only about 10 minutes until we land so I sit down and just wait. When the plane land we are escorted into different cars and then we are driven to some place that is keeping our clothes.

Everyone get ready and when everyone is done we have about 10 minutes until the cars are here to pick us up for the red carpet.

"Don't you look handsome" Ash say as she walk over to me

"Not to bad yourself" I say as I chuckle at the voice she used. We talk for the rest of the minutes before we are split up in groups of three for the ride there.

I'm with Megan and Alex as we make our way to our car. I'm sat in the passenger seat as Alex and Megan sit in the back seat. We make the short drive to the red carpet and the arena where the whole event will be happening

As the car stop I step out and open Alex door before helping her out and then I walk over to Megan's side and help her out. As we walk the carpet we take pictures with fans and for the media as we talk with other athletes while walk the carpet at the same time as us

The event was so fun. After all the awards was handed out to different people we had an after party where we got to talk with other athletes and get to know people. I was star struck a few time when I met people like LeBron James or Serena Williams

Other then that it was a funny night and when we got back to the hotel everyone crashed in the matter of minutes.

The last few days have been hectic and I'm so glad we finally get some time if. Today it's the 20th and we need to be back at camp on the 30th

So I have ten days to spend with Alex just chilling in Florida. Today we are sleeping in. It's 11 and she is still sleeping while I just woke up.

After 30 minutes of just playing with her hair I decided to go up and make some breakfast for both of us and hopefully in time before she wake up.

I walk down into the kitchen and start to look through what she have home. In conclusion we need to go grocery shopping but I'm at least happy that the few things she has home is vegan because it isn't easy to cook food to a vegan but 30 minutes later I have managed I good look breakfast it's coffee

When I get to our...her bedroom. I slowly slide the door open seeing a confused Alex

"Good morning" I say as I make my way over to her

"Morning" She say as she give me a smile. I sit down next to her placing the tray in front of both of us

"What's the time" She ask as she cuddle into my side

"Around 12 I think. So you got some well needed sleep" I say as I place a kiss on her head and wrap an arm around her. We start to eat in a comfortable silence and when we are both done she wrap her arms around me

"Love you" She say as she snuggle her head into my chest

"Love you too" I say as I lay both of us down running my finger through her hair. I can feel how she is fighting not to fall asleep again

"Fall back asleep I will be here when you wake up" She just slightly nod before I feel her body relax and soon her breathing evens out.

I lay with her for a while before I quickly get ready and walk down stairs. I google up where the closest grocery story is before I steal Alex's car keys and make my way there. I try to go unnoticed as I buy the most needed things and I spend time looking so that the things I buy is vegan before I make my way back to the house

When I get there I check so that she is still asleep before I put the groceries away. I have just put the last vegetable in the fridge when I here soft steps making it's way down the stairs and soon a very tired and cute looking Alex walked in the kitchen

"Where did you go" She asked as she walked into my arms

"I went grocery shopping because with was clearly needed" She looked up at me

"You come to my house and go grocery shopping for me. I'm a bad host" She buried her head back into my chest as I placed a kiss on her head

"No you aren't. I'm happy the you let me stay here so of course I will help you around the house and you just happened to have a very tried day today so will gladly help you" I brushed some hair out of her face before I placed a kiss on her lips

"Want some ice cream" I asked with a cheeky smile

"Sure" I made my way into the freezer and took the ice cream I bought out before scoping it in two bowls. I grabbed two spoons and then I made my way outside to find Alex sitting in a chair facing the sun looking real cute

I sat down on the chair next to her as I handed her the bowl. "Thanks" She placed a kiss on my cheek before sat down in the chair next to her but it didn't take long until she was sitting in my lap

We ended up feeding each other. I know that it is kinda corny but I love it. We just spent some time outside in the sun before I cooked a small dinner and we went back to bed.

I swear this might have been the best day of my life. Just chillin at my girlfriends house
